In this study, we performed brain surface-based morphometry to evaluate changes in sulcal depth after sound therapy patients with idiopathic tinnitus. Our results showed thatsulcal was signiêcantly reduced the left medial temporal cortex (MTC) and right somatosensory motor (SMC) of tinnitus compared healthycontrols, but increased at 24 weeks therapy.
