In the relentless pursuit of quantum computational advantage, we present a significant advancement with development Zuchongzhi 3.0. This superconducting computer prototype, comprising 105 qubits, achieves high operational fidelities, single-qubit gates, two-qubit and readout fidelity at 99.90%, 99.62%, 99.13%, respectively. Our experiments an 83-qubit, 32-cycle random circuit sampling on 3.0 highlight its superior performance, achieving 1×10^{6} samples in just few hundred seconds. task is...

Rosa odorata var. gigantea is a popular medicinal plant. Some studies have demonstrated that ethanolic extract of the fruits R. (FOE) has gastroprotective properties. The aim this study was to investigate activity FOE on water immersion restrained stress (WIRS)-induced gastric mucosal injury in rat model and elucidate possible molecular mechanisms involved. A ulcer established using WIRS. After rats were treated with orally for 7 d, effect treatment analyzed by hematoxylin eosin (H&E)...

Background: Xuanfei Baidu granules (XFBD granules) are based on the prescription of Baidu, which showed promise as a first-line treatment against Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Wuhan, Hubei. On March 2, 2021, XFBD were marketed novel drug for epidemic diseases. However, there is little information about pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution main constituents granules. Methods: A sensitive analytical method was developed detecting marker components by ultra-high performance liquid...

Three new triterpenoid saponins, ardisicrenoside O (1), P (2) and Q (3) together with three known compounds, 3β,16α-dihydroxy-30-methoxy-28, 30-epoxy-olean-12-en, cyclamiretin A 3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2) -α-l-arabinopyranoside 3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4) were isolated from the roots of Ardisia crenata Sims. Their structures determined by one- two-dimensional NMR techniques, including HSQC, HMBC TOCSY experiments, as well acid hydrolysis GC analysis. All isolates evaluated for cytotoxic...
