We report on further developments of our recently proposed design approach for a full in-pixel signal processing chain deep n-well (DNW) MAPS sensors, by exploiting the triple well option CMOS 0.13 μm process. The optimization collecting electrode geometry and re-design analog circuit to decrease power consumption have been implemented in two versions APSEL chip series, namely "APSEL3T1" "APSEL3T2". results characterization 3x3 pixel matrices with output photons from <sup...

This report represents the response of Intensity Frontier Quark Flavor Physics Working Group to Snowmass charge. We summarize current status quark flavor physics and identify many exciting future opportunities for studying properties strange, charm, bottom quarks. The ability these studies reveal effects new at high mass scales make them an essential ingredient in a well-balanced experimental particle program.

A different approach to the design of CMOS MAPS has recently been proposed. By exploiting triple well option a commercial process, deep n-well (DNW) sensor realized with full in-pixel signal processing chain: charge preamplifier, shaper, discriminator and latch. Modern experiments search for extremely rare processes hidden in much larger background levels. As the experiment complexity, accelerator backgrounds and luminosity increase we need increasingly exclusive selections to efficiently select events inside huge background. We present a fast, high-quality, track-based event selection self-triggered SLIM5 silicon telescope. This is an R&D whose innovative trigger will show that high rejection factors manageable rates can be achieved using...
