Abstract Collisional orogeny is characterized by deep subduction of continental crust and major crustal thickening, leading to high-pressure/high-temperature metamorphism anataxis the subducted crust. Since conductive heating large slabs cold, a slow process, temperature that high enough generate significant partial melting can take tens millions years. Where spatial temporal relationships are obscured due later modification (e.g. post-collisional rifting), peak magmatism may be interpreted...

Abstract Identifying source orogens for syn-orogenic sediments in dispersed fragments of a supercontinent provides key information on the tectonic evolution involved assembly and paleogeographic reconstruction. An approach using U-Pb geochronology trace elements multiple detrital minerals including zircon, rutile, apatite, monazite has major advantages over zircon studies alone. Abstract Light fields carry abundant information, including intensity, spectral, and polarization, which have been widely studied in imaging, quantum technologies, communications. However, conventional cameras are typically limited to capturing intensity alone, neglecting other crucial dimensions of restricts their application scope. Disordered nanostructures significantly enhance light scattering absorption, thereby broadening the spectral response range enabling sensitive detection...

Glioblastoma stem cells (GSCs) are the initiating in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) and contribute to resistance of GBM chemotherapy radiation. In present study, we investigated effects cardamonin (3,4,2,4-tetrahydroxychalcone) on self-renewal apoptosis GSCs, if its action is associated with signal transducer activator transcription 3 (STAT3) pathway. CD133(+) a kind GSCs line, was established from human tissues. Cardamonin inhibited proliferation induced CD133+ GSCs. The proapoptotic...

Bis (2,3-dibromo-4,5-dihydroxy-phenyl)-methane (BDDPM) is a natural bromophenol compound derived from marine algae. Previous reports have shown that BDDPM possesses antimicrobial activity. In the present study, we found has cytotoxic activity on wide range of tumor cells, including BEL-7402 cells (IC50 = 8.7 μg/mL). Further studies prior to onset apoptosis, induces cell detachment by decreasing adherence extracellular matrix (ECM). Detachment experiments treatment with low concentrations...
