The digitization of manufacturing industry has led to leaner and more efficient production, under the Industry 4.0 concept. Nowadays, datasets collected from shop floor assets information technology (IT) systems are used in data-driven analytics efforts support informed business intelligence decisions. However, these results currently only isolated dispersed parts production process. At same time, full integration artificial (AI) all is lacking. In this context, goal manuscript present a...

New composition polymer gels, the N-vinylpyrrolidone argon (VIPAR) were developed and investigated as MRI dosimeters. VIPAR gels irradiated in dose range of 0-12 Gy by a 6 MV x-ray linear accelerator MR-scanned 1.5 T magnetic resonance imager. A relationship was found between absorbed spin-spin relaxation rate R2. The sensitivity to be ~0.1 s-1 Gy-1 for gel 4% w/w N-vinylpyrrolidone, N,N´-methylene-bisacrylamide, 5% gelatine type 87% water. This stable with time did not deteriorate even when...

The next generation of shipping industry, namely Shipping 4.0 will integrate advanced automation and digitization technologies towards revolutionizing the maritime industry. As conventional maintenance practices are often inefficient, costly, unable to cope with unexpected failures, leading operational disruptions safety risks, need for efficient predictive (PdM), relying on machine learning (ML) algorithms is paramount importance. Still, exchange training data might raise privacy concerns...

A new microSelectron pulsed dose rate source has been designed, containing two active pellets instead of one inactive and pellet contained in the old design, to facilitate incorporation higher activity up 74 GBq (2 Ci). In this work, Monte Carlo simulation is used derive full dosimetric data following AAPM TG-43 formalism, as well per unit air kerma strength Cartesian, "away along" coordinates for both designs. The calculated constant PDR design was found equal lambda=(1.121 +/- 0.006) cGy...

This work provides full dosimetric data for a new high‐strength source currently launched by Varian Oncology Systems use in their high dose rate remote afterloading systems. The active core length of the is reduced to 5 mm compared value 10 existing VariSource design, with all other geometric and encapsulation details being similar. Dose‐rate constant, radial functions, geometry factors, anisotropy utilized AAPM Task Group 43 calculation formalism, were calculated using Monte Carlo...

We use fits to recent published CPLEAR data on neutral kaon decays $π^+π^-$ and $πeν$ constrain the CPT--violation parameters appearing in a formulation of system as an open quantum-mechanical system. The obtained upper limits are approaching range suggested by certain ideas concerning quantum gravity.

An analytical Monte Carlo simulation code has been used to perform dosimetry calculations around an 192Ir high dose-rate brachytherapy source utilized in the widely microSelectron afterloaded system. Radial dose functions, rate constant and anisotropy AAPM Task Group 43 estimation formalism, have calculated. In addition, measurements of functions using LiF TLD-100 rods performed a polystyrene phantom support our calculations. The energy dependence TLD response was investigated over whole...
