Purpose The boom in livestreaming commerce (LSC) has brought significant changes to social interaction methods. Understanding customer engagement LSC is critical for online sellers who try enhance the influence and improve marketing effectiveness of LSC. Based on stimulus–organism–response (S–O–R) paradigm, this study aims develop a model investigate effects perceived attributes (real-time interaction, proximity authenticity) support (informational emotional support) subsequent engagement....

Large Language Models (LLMs) have demonstrated great potential for code generation and other software engineering tasks. Vulnerability detection is of crucial importance to maintaining the security, integrity, trustworthiness systems. Precise vulnerability requires reasoning about code, making it a good case study exploring limits LLMs' capabilities. Although recent work has applied LLMs using generic prompting techniques, their full capabilities this task types errors they make when...

Detection of biomarkers breast cancer incurs additional costs and tissue burden. We propose a deep learning-based algorithm (BBMIL) to predict classical biomarkers, immunotherapy-associated gene signatures, prognosis-associated subtypes directly from hematoxylin eosin stained histopathology images. BBMIL showed the best performance among comparative algorithms on prediction immunotherapy related subtypes.

Background The airway epithelium generates reactive oxygen species (ROS) as a first line of defense. Dual oxidases (DUOX1 and DUOX2) are the H 2 O ‐producing isoforms nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) oxidase family in epithelium. purpose this study was to explore molecular expression, function, regulation DUOXs chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS). Methods Human nasal tissue samples secretions were collected from 3 groups patients undergoing sinus surgery (normal, n = 7; CRS with...

A component of primary innate defense the nasal mucosa against inhaled pathogens includes continuous, low-level release hydrogen peroxide (H2 O2 ) into luminal secretions. Epidemiologically, an association exists between poor air quality and increased prevalence sinonasal disease. To understand effects particulate matter (PM) in mucosa, we studied H2 interleukin 8 (IL-8) after PM exposure.Human specimens were collected from surgery cultured serum-free growth medium. Understanding viral tropism is an essential step toward reducing severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) transmission, decreasing mortality from disease 2019 (COVID-19) and limiting opportunities for mutant strains to arise. Currently, little known about the extent which distinct tissue sites in human head neck region proximal tract selectively permit SARS-CoV-2 infection replication. In this translational study, we discover key variabilities expression of...
