In this globalization and information era, global uncertainties challenges are increasing. Moreover, there is a larger stage for countries to improve themselves. Media play crucial role in shaping country image, especially communicating better image. This study provides an overview of the research trends, key contributors, hotspots on image media from 2004 2023 through bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer, R-bibliometrix, Excel. Findings indicate that China United States lead research, with...

Chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell therapy has faced a series of challenges and shown very little efficacy in solid tumors to date. Although genetically engineered macrophages have achieved definite therapeutic effect tumors, heterogeneous expression proteins the potential for toxicity limit further applications. Herein, we propose nongenetic simple macrophage engineering strategy through glycan metabolic labeling click reaction treatment tumors. The aptamer-engineered M1 (ApEn-M1)...

A novel series of imidazoisoindoles were identified as potent indoleamine-2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) inhibitors. Lead optimization toward improving potency and eliminating CYP inhibition resulted in the discovery lead compound 25, a highly IDO inhibitor with favorable pharmacokinetic properties. In MC38 xenograft model hPD-1 transgenic mice, 25 combination anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody (SHR-1210) achieved synergistic antitumor effect superior to each single agent.

We reported that the complete genome sequence of SARS-Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) was obtained from a cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) sample by ultrahigh-depth sequencing. Fourteen days after onset, seizures, maxillofacial convulsions, intractable hiccups and significant increase in intracranial pressure developed an adult coronavirus disease 2019 patient. The SARS-CoV-2 indicates can invade central nervous system. In future, along with system assessment, pathogen detection other indicators are...

The clinical significance of coexistence HBsAg/anti-HBs in chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients remains controversial. This study was aimed to assess the association this serological pattern with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) CHB. In cross-section study, 206 CHB and HBsAg alone were included evaluate risk HCC development by logistic regression analysis. addition, a retrospective cohort 260 recruited estimate cumulative incidence Kaplan–Meier HBsAg/anti-HBs, high levels ("High") HBsAg/low...

In this study, a series of novel hydroxyamidine derivatives were identified as potent and selective IDO1 inhibitors by structure-based drug design. Among them, compounds 13-15 18 exhibited favorable enzymatic cellular activities. Compound showed improved bioavailability in mouse, rat, dog (F% = 44%, 58.8%, 102.1%, respectively). With reasonable vivo pharmacokinetic properties, compound was further evaluated transgenic MC38 xenograft mouse model. The combination with PD-1 monoclonal antibody...

Background/Aims: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the fifth most common cancer in world and third leading cause of cancer-related death. Critical roles for long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have recently been demonstrated a variety cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma. However, effect mechanism lncRNAs in HCC tumorigenesis chemoresistance have not extensively characterized. Methods: In current study, we identified HCC-expressed lncRNA termed as HANR (HCC associated RNA). We by...

Abstract Background: SARS-Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2), the pathogen of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), not only infects respiratory tract, but also other organs. About a third inpatients COVID-19 have neurological symptoms and in vitro experiments revealed that SARS-CoV-2 could infect human neural progenitor cells brain organoids. However, traditional test often reports negative owing to low number virus cerebrospinal fluid. To date, timely diagnosis central nervous system infection...
