症例1 : 71歳，男性。健診にて十二指腸下行脚に径10mm有茎性の粘膜下腫瘍を認め，生検にてカルチノイドと診断し内視鏡下ポリペクトミーにて完全切除した。症例2 60歳，男性。内視鏡検査にて十二指腸下行脚に径30mmの粘膜下腫瘍を認め，boring biopsyにてカルチノイドと診断し，十二指腸部分切除術を施行した。今回我々は形態の異なる2例を経験したので文献的考察を加え報告した。
