Abstract ROS1 gene rearrangement was observed in around 1–2 % of NSCLC patients and several other cancers such as cholangiocarcinoma, glioblastoma, or colorectal cancer. Crizotinib, an ALK/ROS1/MET inhibitor, is highly effective against -rearranged lung cancer used clinic. However, crizotinib resistance emerging issue, mechanisms, secondary kinase-domain mutations (e.g., ROS1-G2032R) have been identified crizotinib-refractory patients. Here we characterize a new selective ROS1/NTRK DS-6051b,...
Taletrectinib (DS-6051b/AB-106) is an oral, tyrosine kinase inhibitor of ROS1 and NTRK with potent preclinical activity against G2032R solvent-front mutation among others. We report the first-in-human U.S. phase I results taletrectinib.Patients ≥18 years old neuroendocrine tumors, tumor-induced pain, or tumors harboring ROS1/NTRK rearrangements were eligible. Accelerated titration followed by modified continuous reassessment method escalation overdose control was used (50-1,200 mg once daily...

Excitation energy spectra of 89ΛY, 51ΛV, and 12ΛC have been measured via the (π+,K+) reaction by using SKS spectrometer at K6 beam line in KEK 12-GeV Proton Synchrotron. In 89ΛY spectrum, obtained with an resolution 1.65 MeV (FWHM) highest statistics so far, we succeeded clearly observing a characteristic fine structure heavy Λ hypernuclear systems precisely obtaining series single-particle energies very wide excitation range more than 20 MeV, for first time. Also 51ΛV similar to that was...
The double-differential cross sections for the Ca48(p,n) and Ti48(n,p) reactions were measured at 300 MeV. A multipole decomposition technique was applied to spectra extract Gamow-Teller (GT) components. integrated GT strengths up an excitation energy of 30 MeV in Sc48 are 15.3±2.2 2.8±0.3 (p,n) (n,p) spectra, respectively. In additional found above 8 where shell models within fp shell-model space predict almost no strengths, suggesting that present description nuclear matrix element...
Recent rodent studies have shown that nanoparticles are distributed to breast milk, and more-detailed safety information regarding nanoparticle consumption by lactating mothers is required. Here, we used mice investigate the of use during lactation. When Ag Au were intravenously administered mice, milk without producing apparent damage mammary gland, amount increased with decreasing particle size. Orally also subsequently brains breast-fed pups. Ten-nanometer retained longer in pups' than...

Here we report a design and synthesis of chemically functional polymer membrane by an interfacial polycondensation reaction multilayer flow inside microchannel. Single parallel dual-membrane structures are successfully prepared using organic/aqueous two-layer organic/aqueous/organic three-layer the microchannel followed reaction. By inner-channel membrane, permeation ammonia species through is achieved. Furthermore, horseradish peroxidase immobilized on one side surface to integrate chemical...
We have observed a clear peak below the ${\ensuremath{\Sigma}}^{+}$-production threshold in ${}^{4}\mathrm{He}({K}^{\ensuremath{-}},{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}})$ reaction at $600\mathrm{MeV}/c$ and ${\ensuremath{\theta}}_{K\ensuremath{\pi}}{\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}=\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}4}^{\ensuremath{\circ}}$.
