Pediatric patients have significant interindividual variability in voriconazole exposure. The aim of the study was to identify factors associated with concentrations and dose requirements achieve therapeutic pediatric patients.Medical records were retrospectively reviewed. Covariates plasma adjusted by using generalized linear mixed-effect models.A total 682 steady-state trough from 91 Chinese included. Voriconazole exposure lower CYP2C19 normal metabolizer (NM) group compared intermediate...

Abstract Background Prompt response to induction chemotherapy is a prognostic factor in pediatric acute myeloid leukemia. In this study, we aimed evaluate the significance of multiparametric flow cytometry-minimal residual disease (MFC-MRD), assessed at end first and second courses. Methods MFC-MRD was performed (TP1) 524 patients (TP2) 467 who were treated according modified Medical Research Council (UK) leukemia 15 protocol. Results Using 0.1% cutoff level, with two time points had lower...

This study used therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) and CYP2C19 gene polymorphism analysis to explore the efficacy safety of different doses voriconazole (VCZ) for clinical treatment pediatric patients, with aim providing guidelines individualized antifungal therapy in children. Our enrolled 94 children 253 VCZ concentrations. The genotyping was performed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-pyrosequencing. trough concentration (Ctrough) detected high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass...

The development of inhibitors against factor FIX (FIX) is the most serious complication replacement therapy in haemophilia B (HB) patients. Currently, only few cohorts HB inhibitor patients have been reported worldwide. This Chinese nationwide study explored their risk factors for and experience on management. We retrospectively analysed patient characteristics, F9 genotypes, treatment strategies outcomes registered to National Registry Patient Organization Registry.Forty-four unique were...

A desirable MOF-on-MOF based ratiometric fluorescent probe (denoted as HPU-26@ZIF-8@Cit@Eu) was designed for classifying phenylglyoxylic acid (PGA, a real internal exposure level of styrene) and 2, 6-dipicolinic (DPA, unique bacterial endospore biomarker) with high selectivity sensitivity. PGA can affect the LMCT-ET process in HPU-26 be bind to Eu3+ ZIF-8, thus resulting significant increase both blue fluorescence emission peak at 476 nm red 620 nm. According intensity ratio (F620/F476),...

ASXL1 mutation is an independent prognostic factor in adult acute myeloid leukemia (AML), but its effect on the prognosis of pediatric AML poorly understood. This study aimed to investigate clinical characteristics and factors ASXL1-mutant from a large Chinese multicenter cohort.A total 584 patients with newly diagnosed 10 centers South China were enrolled. The exon 13 was amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), then analyzed status locus. (n = 59 for ASXL1-mut group, n 487 ASXL1-wt...

Abstract Background Many cytogenetic changes and gene mutations are associated with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) survival outcomes. CD56 is related to poor prognosis when expressed in adult AML patients. However, the prognostic value of children has rarely been reported. In this research, we aimed evaluate childhood AML. Methods The present retrospective study included 145 newly diagnosed pediatric patients de novo (excluding AML-M3) two hospitals between January 2015 April 2021. Results...

Background: Many cytogenetic changes and gene mutations are associated with acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) survival outcomes. CD56 is related to poor prognosis when expressed in adult AML. The prognostic value of children AML has rarely been reported. Procedure: To evaluate the childhood AML, multicentric retrospective study included 224 paediatric patients two hospitals between January 2015 April 2021. Results: median (range) age was 75 (8-176) months, follow-up time 31 months. There no...

This was an initial effort to treat hemophiliac hematoma by ultrasound-guided intratumoral drainage and lavage with urokinase after adequate supplementation of coagulation factors. Two patients severe hemophilia underwent percutaneous in combination using urokinase. After 5-day 3-day treatments, respectively, intramuscular hematomas both disappeared, compression symptom relieved, no obvious adverse reactions or serious complications were observed during the treatment follow-up.
