Straw return utilizes waste resources to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers worldwide. However, information is still lacking on relative impact straw soil fertility, nutrient composition different aggregates, and microbial communities. Therefore, this study aimed understand effects management practices crop yield, community in a 14-year wheat–rice rotation system. The treatments included control (without fertilizer addition), fertilization (NPK), without (S), addition with (NPKS)....

Silver nanomaterials with distinct fluorescent properties are synthesized a series of G-rich/C-rich DNA templates, and the influence conformational structures on size fluorescence silver was investigated through varying sequence composition ratio complementary sequences, using CD, UV–vis, spectroscopy, TEM. It is intriguing to find out that G-rich templates at acidic conditions capable generating red emitters susceptible G-quadruplex associated number 5′-terminal guanines. C-rich sequences...

The effect of transient hypertension on blood-brain barrier (BBB) permeability, particularly extravasation immunoglobulin G (IgG), has not been fully understood. In the present experiment, we investigated- time course endogenous albumin and IgG through BBB localization extravasated in brain parenchyma during- adrenaline (AD)-induced rat by using Evans blue fluorescence, immunohistochemistry, Western blot. results showed that a bolus injection AD (10 μg/kg) induced elevation arterial pressure...

Abstract Blood–brain barrier (BBB) opening occurs under many physiological and pathological conditions. BBB will lead to the leakage of large circulating molecules into brain parenchyma. These invasive induce immune responses. Microglia astrocytes are two major cell types responsible for responses in brain, Fc gamma receptor I (FcγRI) Toll‐like 4 (TLR4) important receptors mediating these processes. Data suggest that activation FcγRI pathway mediates antiinflammatory processes, whereas TLR4...

The fat body plays multiple, crucial roles in the life of silkworms. Targeted expression transgenes silkworm, Bombyx mori, is important not only for clarifying function endogenous genes expressed this tissue, but also producing valuable recombinant proteins. However, body-specific gene remains difficult due to a lack suitable tissue-specific promoters. Here we report isolation promoter Bmlp3, member 30K protein family 1.1 kb fragment from −374 +738 Bmlp3 displayed strong activity cell lines...

Purpose: To investigate the involvement of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) signaling pathway after intravitrevous injection glutamate in rat retina. Methods: Three groups five Sprague-Dawley rats each were studied. Group I was a normal control group, intravitreal saline injections. In II, one eye received an (375 nmol, dissolved saline) while contralateral served as control. III, PD98059 (100 μ mol, inhibitor ERK) injections administered 1 hr before Seven days injections,...

The aim of this study was to explore the cytochrome P450 2E1 (CYP2E1) RsaI/PstI polymorphism and risk esophageal cancer (EC) in mainland Chinese populations. A systematic search PubMed, EMBASE, Web Science, CBM, CNKI VIP databases for publications on CYP2E1 EC performed. genotype data were analyzed a meta-analysis. Odds ratios (ORs) with relevant 95% confidence intervals (CIs) estimated assess association. Sensitivity analysis, test heterogeneity assessment publication bias yielded 17...

ABSTRACT DNA‐based chiral selectors are constructed to discriminate ofloxacin enantiomers through metal‐ion anchoring on a special DNA double helix that contains successive GC pairs. The effects of metal ions involving Mg 2+ , Ni Cu Ag + and Pt were studied the regulation discrimination towards enantiomers. It is shown DNA‐Cu(II) complexes exhibit highest enantioselectivities at [Cu ]/base ratio 0.1. enantiomeric excess can reach 59% in R‐enantiomer after being adsorbed by RET‐Cu(II)...

The DNA-based selector for discriminating chiral ofloxacin with high enantioselectivity and affinity is constructed through Cu(II)-coordination G-rich duplex containing successive guanines. Using this selector, R- S-ofloxacin can be directly enriched from the racemate, enantiomeric excess of 85% (R) 78% (S) individually by three operational stages.
