Abstract The quantitative and systematic analysis of embryonic cell dynamics from in vivo 3D+time image data sets is a major challenge at the forefront developmental biology. Despite recent breakthroughs microscopy imaging living systems, producing an accurate lineage tree for any developing organism remains difficult task. We present here BioEmergences workflow integrating all reconstruction steps acquisition processing to interactive visualization reconstructed data. Original mathematical...

Monte Carlo simulations are increasingly used in medical physics. In scintigraphic imaging these to model systems and develop assess tomographic reconstruction algorithms correction methods for improved image quantization. radiotherapy-brachytherapy the goal is evaluate accurately dosimetry complex phantoms at interfaces of tissue, where analytic calculations have shown some limits. The main drawback their high computing time. aim our research reduce time by parallelizing a simulation on...

This paper presents an experimental study of application-level Quality Service (QoS) on the EGEE production grid. Two experiments are reported. First, design a Grid Application-Level QoS is presented and compared to DIANE pilot-job framework. Providing dynamic monitoring, Java Job Submission system then evaluated in similar conditions. Results show that these systems able reach than pilot jobs many cases. However, robustness issues remain infrastructure monitoring still has be improved...

Since 1996 the GRAAL experiment is running at ESRF, using a linearly polarized photon beam produced by backscattering laser on electron in storage ring. A liquid hydrogen target and large acceptance detector are used. All sizeable photoproduction reactions measured analyzed. We present results of η meson, one two pions, ω photoproduction, which partly published or still preliminary. Predictions fits these data theoretical models given.
