Background The inflamed immune phenotype (IIP), defined by enrichment of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) within intratumoral areas, is a promising tumor-agnostic biomarker response to checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy. However, it challenging define the IIP in an objective and reproducible manner during manual histopathologic examination. Here, we investigate artificial intelligence (AI)-based phenotypes capable predicting ICI clinical outcomes multiple solid tumor types. Methods...

The lattice type of Korea 4th Generation Storage Ring (Korea-4GSR) is determined as hybrid multi-bend achromat (HMBA) after a comparison three types (MBA) lattices because HMBA provides sufficiently low beam emittance and good nonlinear dynamics with the smallest number sextupole magnets among lattices. We also propose use bending beamlines 2 T centre (CBMs). Considering type, longitudinal gradient reverse magnet were used to reduce damping wigglers being considered further. ring design...

A bunch-by-bunch measurement system has been developed at Pohang Light Source II. The consists of a four-channel button pick-up, 20 GHz sampling oscilloscope and an 800 MHz low-pass digital filter. Upon measuring spatio-temporal beam motion matrix over many turns, singular-value decomposition analysis is used to reveal the dominant coupled-bunch modes. can diagnose injection oscillations due kicker errors effect resistive-wall impedance that gives rise instability during operation.

This paper presents the required structure and function of a ring-FEL as radiation source for extreme ultraviolet lithography (EUVL). A 100 m-long straight section that conducts an extremely low emittance beam from fourth-generation storage ring can increase average power at 13.5 nm wavelength to up 1 kW without degrading in rest ring. Here, simulation results EUVL are described.
