A simple, efficient, and convenient activation of perfluoroalkyl iodides by tBuONa or KOH, without expensive photo- transition metal catalysts, allows the promotion versatile α-sp3 C-H amidation reactions alkyl ethers benzylic hydrocarbons, iodination heteroaryl compounds, perfluoroalkylations electron-rich π bonds. Mechanistic studies show that these novel protocols are based on halogen bond interaction between which promote homolysis under mild conditions.

BACKGROUND Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a of increasing global prevalence and an important risk factor for the development insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis hepatocellular carcinoma, but pathogenesis not clear. The aim this study was to explore role ILF3 in NAFLD. AIM To investigate molecular processes through which facilitates advancement NAFLD by inhibiting expression p-AMPK. This exploration seeks provide new insights into etiology evaluate...

Abstract Aim The main focus of this study is to explore the molecular mechanism IRF7 regulation on RPS18 transcription in M1‐type macrophages pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD) tissue, as well transfer by via exosomes PAAD cells and ILF3 expression. Methods By utilising single‐cell RNA sequencing (scRNA‐seq) data spatial transcriptomics (ST) from Gene Expression Omnibus database, we identified distinct cell types with significant expression differences tissue. Among these types, those closely...

Abstract Background Globally, gastric cancer (GC) is one of the world’s most widespread malignancies, with persistent high mortality and morbidity rates. Increasing evidence now suggests that microRNAs (miRNAs) participate in many biological processes, miR-455-3p having key roles progression diverse cancers. Nevertheless, function expression GC remain unclear. Methods We explored using quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR). To further examine effect GC, after transfecting mimics or...

NLRs are important intracellular pattern recognition receptors and play an essential role in innate immunity for vertebrates. However, research on sturgeon is still scarce. In this study, the NLRC3-like gene from Siberian (Acipenser baerii) (AbNLRC3-like) was cloned characterized. The AbNLRC3-like full-length cDNA composed of 3310 bp with a 166 5′-UTR, 2838 open reading frame (ORF) 306 3′-UTR, encoding 945 amino acids. Structural analysis showed typical structure, including central NACHT...
