Soil heavy metal pollution is one of the most serious environmental problems in China, especially cadmium (Cd), which has extensive contaminated soil coverage. Therefore, more economical and efficient remediation methods measures are needed to control Cd contamination. In this study, different amendments (biochar (B), organic fertilizer (F), lime (L)) actinomycetes (A) inoculants were applied farmland explore their effects on wheat growth. Compared with Control, all treatments except A...

Implementing energy management is crucial in the fuel cell and battery or supercapacitor hybrid systems of ships. Traditional real-time strategies often struggle to adapt complex operating conditions; address this issue mitigate fluctuations during operations while extending lifespan lithium-ion batteries, paper proposes a two-layer system (EMS) based on prior knowledge ship operation. In first layer EMS, which operates offline, dynamic programming (DP) low-pass filtering (LPF) are used...

SUMMARY Spike architecture is a critical determinant of grain yield in wheat; yet the regulatory mechanisms remain poorly understood. Here, we demonstrate that AP2 transcription factor Q directly represses expression TaMYB30‐6A , gene associated with spike length wheat. We further identify QIP3 as Q‐interacting protein harboring an N‐terminal EAR motif. Simultaneously, reveal exhibits transcriptional repression activity, dependent on motif, and physically interacts corepressor TaTPL....

Dihydrochalcones (DHCs) including phlorizin (phloretin 2'-O-glucoside) and its positional isomer trilobatin 4'-O-glucoside) are the most abundant phenylpropanoids in apple (Malus spp.). Transcriptional regulation of DHC production is poorly understood despite their importance insect- pathogen-plant interactions human physiology research pharmaceuticals. In this study, segregation hybrid populations bulked segregant analysis showed that synthesis Malus leaves both single-gene-controlled...

Inspired by the heme iron-catalyzed radical insertion of dioxygen to tryptophan indole ring, herein we utilize alkylperoxy species as a coupling partner trigger peroxycyclization readily accessible derivatives and enable first synthesis peroxypyrroloindolenines. A preliminary biological evaluation revealed promising anti-cancer activities (IC50 = 22.00 μM for compound 2a), that both indolenine core peroxy functionality are responsible antiproliferation effect against Hela cell lines.
