Summary Background and Objectives Serovar L1–L3 of Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) causes lymphogranuloma venereum (LGV). A surge in LGV‐cases has been observed among HIV‐positive men who have sex with (MSM). Discrimination between LGV non‐LGV is pivotal since it major treatment implications. Here, we aimed to determine the prevalence characteristics CT‐infections. Patients Methods All CT‐positive results from 04/2014–12/2021 at four largest Austrian HIV STI clinics were evaluated. Abstract With the introduction of latest class biologic drugs targeting interleukin (IL)-23p19, three new, highly effective can be used for treatment chronic plaque psoriasis. However, poorer skin improvement as well higher rates serious adverse events have been reported patients under real-world conditions (outside clinical trials).
We present the case of a 66-year-old bisexual patient suffering from painful bloody defecation, linked to rectal thickening, rectovesical fistula and enlarged lymph nodes in mesorectal area.
