We report on a single-institutional experience with renal transplantation in patients severe lower urinary tract dysfunction (LUTD) who underwent bladder augmentation or diversion, and assess the long-term results. We present our experience with orthotopic continent urinary diversion following radical cystectomy due to genitourinary rhabdomyosarcoma in children not responding radiotherapy or chemotherapy.Four persistent underwent reconstruction of an ileal neobladder.Average followup was 50.7 months.
