We present our experience with orthotopic continent urinary diversion following radical cystectomy due to genitourinary rhabdomyosarcoma in children not responding radiotherapy or chemotherapy.Four persistent underwent reconstruction of an ileal neobladder.Average followup was 50.7 months.
