Pistachio is a nut crop domesticated in the Fertile Crescent and dioecious species with ZW sex chromosomes. We sequenced genomes of Pistacia vera cultivar (cv.) Siirt, female parent, P. cv. Bagyolu, male parent. Two chromosome-level reference pistachio were generated, Z W chromosomes assembled. The originated from an autosome following first inversion, which occurred approximately 8.18 Mya. Three inversion events chromosome led to formation 12.7-Mb (22.8% chromosome) non-recombining region....

Promoting the growth of plants and improving plant stress-resistance by growth-promoting microorganism increasingly become a hotpot. While, most researchers focus on their supply role nutrition or hormone. In this study, novel mechanism that phosphate solubilizing microorganisms promoted under saline-alkali stress through secretion organic acids, was proposed. The effects desulfurization gypsum, humic acid, fertilizer phosphate-solubilizing Penicillium funicuiosum P1 (KX400570) quinoa (...

Field experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of K application on nitrogen and potassium utilization efficiency yield foxtail millet (Setaria italica L.). The experiment was performed with a completely randomized design two cultivars (Jingu 21 Zhangza 10) five K2O rates (0, 60, 120, 180, 240 kg/hm2) in 2020 2021. We found that promoted N absorption; significantly increased dry matter (DM), N, accumulation organs; caused peak earlier; DM rate. In addition, preceded or N....

Orchidaceae, with more than 25,000 species, is one of the largest flowering plant families that can successfully colonize wide ecological niches, such as land, trees, or rocks, and its members are divided into epiphytic, terrestrial, saprophytic types according to their life forms. Cellulose synthase (CesA) cellulose synthase-like (Csl) genes key regulators in synthesis cell wall polysaccharides, which play an important role adaptation orchids resist abiotic stresses, drought cold. Due to the temperature control function, unit energy consumption of cold chain transportation is more than that ordinary transportation. Although rail known as an energy-efficient means, little attention has been given efficiency railway (RCCT). To address this gap, in research, detailed waybill data for China's cold-chain applied. First, we investigate RCCT market China and provide calculation method RCCT. Then, provincial are compared based on a DEA-SBM model. Finally, Tobit model utilized...

AbstractA new energetic complex, [Cu(2,3′-bpt)2·H2O]n (1) (2,3′-Hbpt = 3-(2-pyridyl)-5-(3′-pyridyl)1H-1,2,4-triazole), was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analyses, elemental analysis, powder IR spectroscopy. The title complex belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c. In one 2,3′-bpt− is a chelate binding Cu(II) centers forming Cu(2,3′-bpt)+ unit. Then other adopts chelate/bridging tridentate mode linking adjacent units zigzag...
