The electrocardiographic (ECG) changes in Bolivian patients with mucocutaneous leishmaniasis, treated meglumine antimoniate and allopurinol, were evaluated. Electric due to the antimonial compound appeared 45% of patients, consisted repolarization alteration, principally affecting T wave S-T segment. disappeared within 2 months following end treatment.
