Total cross sections of ${K}^{+}$ and ${K}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ mesons on protons deuterons have been measured in a transmission experiment over the range laboratory momentum 0.6-2.65 GeV/c. Measurements made at 58 momenta intervals 25-50 MeV/c; experimental accuracy is better than 1% above 700 MeV/c, resolution beam \ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.6%. Structure observed total suggesting or confirming ${{Y}_{1}}^{*}$ resonances masses 1665, 1768, 1905, 2020, 2250, 2455 MeV/${\mathit{c}}^{2}$...
