ABSTRACT Atopic dermatitis ( ad ) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease, with recent studies indicating that immune cells, such as monocytes and cytokines, play crucial role. By retrieving datasets from public databases analysing cell infiltration in lesional using CIBERSORT, we found M2 macrophages were significantly upregulated atopic dermatitis. Differentially expressed gene (DEG) functional enrichment analysis revealed cytokine‐cytokine receptor interaction was the most enriched...

The quality of water in urban parks is closely related to people's daily lives, but the pollution caused by microplastics park and sediments has not been comprehensively studied. Therefore, eight typical area Changsha, China, were selected, Raman spectroscopy was used explore spatial distributions compositions sediments, analyze their influencing factors, evaluate environmental risks. results showed that abundances surface all ranged from 150 525 n L

IgA nephropathy (IgAN) is the major cause of end-stage renal disease(ESRD) in Asia and its pathogenesis influenced by both genetic environmental factors. Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) IL1R1 IL-1R2 may be associated with susceptibility to IgAN. In this study, we study association between variants IL-1R1 risk Chinese Han population. In allelic model analysis, rs10490571 rs3917225 were a 1.40-fold, 1.31-fold increased nephropathy, respectively. was 1.46-fold IgAN dominant 1.36-fold...

Abstract It has been demonstrated that aldosterone (ALD) plays a direct profibrotic role in the kidney but underlying mechanism remains unclear. We examined of Rho kinase signal pathway epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) process and extracellular matirx (ECM) synthesis induced by ALD human renal proximal tubular epithelial (HK‐2) cells vitro. collagen I, III protein expressions were detected ELISA. E‐cadherin, α‐smooth muscle actin (SMA), collagen_I mRNA real time PCR. α‐SMA measured...

IgA nephropathy (IgAN) is the most common form of primary glomerulonephritis worldwide, but etiology and pathogenesis continue to be poorly understood. Polymorphisms in cytokine genes may play a role IgAN. The incidence different between diverse ethnic groups suggested important genetic influences on its pathogenesis. We genotype 10 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) IL-1B IL-6 gene using Sequenom Mass-ARRAY technology from 417 IgAN patients 463 healthy controls Chinese Han population....

Disturbances in hemostasis are common complications of kidney diseases and correlate well with cardiovascular mortality. Little is known about the effects fasudil on tissue factor (TF) plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) expression peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) CAPD patients. PBMCs were isolated from 13 individuals healthy subjects. After 4 h incubation or without LPS (10 ng/mL), TF PAI-1 mRNA detected by RT-PCR. The levels culture supernatants determined ELISA. Compared...

To prove whether astrocyte elevated gene-1 (AEG-1) plays a role in high glucose-stimulated Rho kinase activation and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) human renal tubular epithelial (HK-2) cells. The protein levels of AEG-1, alpha-smooth muscle actin, E-cadherin MYPT1 were determined by Western blot.AEG-1 level was upregulated HK-2 cells stimulated with glucose. AEG-1 siRNA downregulated expression blocked glucose-induced EMT.Our results show that acts key EMT cells.

Objective: To investigate the role of oxidative stress in human renal tubular epithelial cells (HK-2) induced by high glucose and underlying signal pathway vitro. Methods: MYPT1, pro-caspase-3, PGC-1α, Drp1 protein expressions were measured Western blot. MnSOD2, PGC-1α mRNA detected real time PCR. Results: Results showed that significantly up-regulated pro-caspase-3 expression MnSOD2 HK-2 cells; while Rho kinase inhibitor fasudil ROCK1 siRNA inhibited glucose. Importantly, markedly...

Marker code is an effective coding scheme to protect data from insertions and deletions. It has potential applications in future storage systems, such as DNA racetrack memory. When decoding marker codes, perfect channel state information (CSI), i.e., insertion deletion probabilities, are required detect errors. Sometimes, the CSI not easy obtain or accurate model unknown. Therefore, it deserved develop detecting algorithms for without knowledge of CSI. In this paper, we propose two...

The burden of premature atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) has increased rapidly in China. Using the China Health and Nutrition Survey (CHNS) data, we assessed risk factors ASCVD (age diagnosis: <55 years for men <65 women). Propensity score matching was used to reduce selection bias. Multivariable Cox proportional-hazards analyses indicated that associated with included hypertension (adjusted hazard ratio [HR adj. ] = 1.68), obesity (HR 1.64), high carbohydrate intake...
