目的：本实验旨在研究针刺足三里、阳陵泉治疗急腹症术后胃肠功能紊乱的机制.方法：将40只SD大鼠分为5组,正常组作为对照组不进行处理,其他4组选择丝线单纯结扎法制作不完全肠梗阻大鼠模型造模处理.模型1 d组和模型2 d组不进行处理,针刺1 d组和针刺2 d组选取足三里、阳陵泉给予针刺治疗,处死大鼠,运用酚红试剂检测小肠推进率水平,应用ELISA方法检测并对比模型大鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子-？（tumor necrosis factor-？,TNF-？）、白介素-6（interleukin-6,IL-6）含量.结果：TNF-？和IL-6含量：针刺1 d组和模型1 d组、针刺2 d组比较均有显著差异（P〈0.05）,针刺1 d组比较无显著统计学差异（P〉0.05）;酚红试剂小肠推进率百分比：针刺1 d组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,针刺2 d组和针刺1 d组比较亦有显著统计学差异（P〈0.05）.结论：针刺足三里、阳陵泉可以降低不完全肠梗阻模型大鼠血清中的TNF-？和IL-6浓度含量.针刺足三里、阳陵泉可以提高不完全肠梗阻模型大鼠小肠的推进率,加快肠道运动.
