In order to identify the bacteria in wound infection, an electronic nose system with a sensor array of 34 sensors was designed. Eight kinds samples were detected, i.e., culture medium, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and their mixture different concentration. Using support vector machine as classifier without optimization, recognition rate is up 86.54%. To simplify improve for samples, Wilks' lambda statistic (Wilks' Λ-statistic), Mahalanobis distance,...

Three-dimensional (3D) printing has been profoundly changing the production mode of traditional industries. However, this technique is usually limited to metre-scale fabrication, which prevents large-scale 3D (LS3DP) applications such as manufacturing buildings, aircraft, ships, and rockets. LS3DP faces great challenges, particularly, it not only requires confronting problems yet solved by conventional printing, inability print functional structures due limitations single-material...

High-rise building machines (HBMs) play a critical role in the successful construction of super-high skyscrapers, providing essential support and ensuring safety. The HBM’s climbing system relies on jacking mechanism consisting several independent cylinders. A reliable control is imperative to maintain smooth posture steel platform (SP) under action mechanism. This research introduces three multivariate time series neural network models—namely, Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Gated Recurrent...

The cytomembrane-derived delivery platform represents a promising biomimetic strategy in oncotherapy. To achieve durable and reliable tumor inhibition, mature dendrosomes (mDs), which were isolated from bone marrow-derived dendritic cells undergoing CT26 antigen (TA) stimulation, fused with redox-responsive nanoparticles (NPs) that composed of poly(disulfide ester amide) polymers an intensified disulfide density hydrophobic oxaliplatin (OXA) prodrugs the ability to potentiate immunogenicity.

High-rise building machines (HBMs) play a crucial role in the construction of super-tall buildings, with their working states directly impacting safety, quality, and progress. Given extensive floor coverage complex internal structures, monitoring priorities should shift according to specific workflows. However, existing research has primarily focused on key HBM components during stages, neglecting automated recognition workflows, which hinders adaptive strategies. This study investigates...

Phospholipid-hydrolyzing enzymes include members of the phospholipase C (PLC) family that play important roles in regulating plant growth and responding to stress. In present study, a systematic silico analysis wheat PLC gene revealed total 26 genes (TaPLCs). Phylogenetic sequence alignment analyses divided into 2 subfamilies, TaPI-PLC (containing typical X, Y, C2 domains) TaNPC phosphatase domain). TaPLC expression patterns differed among tissues, organs, under abiotic stress conditions....

High-rise building machines (HBMs) are commonly used for the construction of super-high skyscrapers. Monitoring and early warning critical to ensure safety giant HBMs during dynamic climbing. However, no indicators or control methods directly reflect state such large structures. In this study, key factors influencing climbing altitude were systematically analyzed a method monitoring was proposed. This approach is innovative 3D attitude in real time using string fiber grating-level sensors...
