Among the various histopathological patterns of drug-induced interstitial lung disease (DILD), diffuse alveolar damage (DAD) is associated with poor prognosis. However, there no reliable biomarker for its accurate diagnosis. Here, we show stratifin/14-3-3σ (SFN) as a candidate found in proteomic analysis. The study includes two independent cohorts (including totally 26 patients DAD) and controls (total 432 samples). SFN specifically elevated DILD DAD, superior to known biomarkers, KL-6 SP-D,...

Abstract Purpose: The 2021 World Health Organization (WHO) classification of central nervous system (CNS) tumors uses an integrated approach involving histopathology and molecular profiling. Because majority adult malignant brain are gliomas primary CNS lymphomas (PCNSL), rapid differentiation these diseases is required for therapeutic decisions. In addition, diffuse require information on single-nucleotide variants (SNV), such as IDH1/2. Here, we report intraoperative diagnostic (i-ID) to...

Serum levels of stratifin (SFN), a member the 14-3-3 protein family, increase in patients with drug-induced lung injury associated diffuse alveolar damage. Therefore, we hypothesised that SFN would be higher those experiencing acute exacerbation interstitial disease (AE-ILD). A secondary analysis was also planned to determine whether could discriminate survival AE. Thirty-two clinically stable ILD (CS-ILD) and 22 AE-ILD were examined assess high serum reflected severity or prognosis AE-ILD....
