The status of the research on muon colliders is discussed and plans are outlined for future theoretical experimental studies. Besides continued work parameters a 3-4 0.5 TeV center-of-mass (CoM) energy collider, many studies now concentrating machine near 0.1 that could be factory s-channel production Higgs particles. We discuss various components in such colliders, starting from proton accelerator needed to generate pions heavy-Z target proceeding through phase rotation decay ($\pi \to \mu...

We have developed a high-resolution cavity-beam position monitor (BPM) to be used at the focal point of ATF2, which is test beam line that now being built demonstrate stable orbit control $\ensuremath{\sim}\mathrm{\text{nanometer}}$ resolution. The design cavity structure was optimized for Accelerator Test Facility (ATF) in various ways. For example, has rectangular shape order isolate two dipole modes orthogonal directions, and relatively thin gap less sensitive trajectory inclination. A...

This study presents a comprehensive physics design and optimization investigation of an electron injector system for the Korea fourth-generation storage ring (Korea-4GSR) light source with target operating energy around 200 MeV. The Korea-4GSR construction project is currently underway expected to continue until 2027. comprises thermionic dc gun, buncher systems, four accelerating cavities (ACs). gun was designed achieve combination low emittance high current. Through beam dynamics...

Several factor sets exist a Leksell Gamma Knife (GK) Perfexion or Icon. Nevertheless, experiments have not rigorously validated the from different studies. This study aimed to assess role and accuracy values determining...

Beam position monitors (BPMs) with a resolution in few nanometers range are required to control beams the locations that close interaction point (IP) of international linear collider (ILC). ATF2 at KEK has considered as test facility investigate this requirement. In order measure beam stability final focus, kind IP-BPM been developed and it tested ATF extraction line. We have designed an lower Q-value than line achieve smaller resolution. It enables easier separation individual bunches...
