An analysis of high-energy $\ensuremath{\pi}N$ scattering is made, through the range $0\ensuremath{\le}\ensuremath{-}t\ensuremath{\le}2$ (${\mathrm{G}\mathrm{e}\mathrm{V}/\mathit{c})}^{2}$, in terms $P$, ${P}^{\ensuremath{'}}$, ${P}^{\ensuremath{'}\ensuremath{'}}$, $\ensuremath{\rho}$, and ${\ensuremath{\rho}}^{\ensuremath{'}}$ Regge poles. In this paper we survey the signals and backgrounds for a strongly-interacting electroweak symmetry breaking sector at hadron supercolliders in TeV region.
