We have measured the branching fraction and photon energy spectrum for radiative penguin process b-->s gamma. find Beta(b-->s gamma) = (3.21+/-0.43+/-0.27(+0.18)(-0.10))x10(-4), where errors are statistical, systematic, from theory corrections. obtain first second moments of above 2.0 GeV, <E( gamma)> 2.346+/-0.032+/-0.011 <E(2)(gamma)>-<E(gamma)>(2) 0.0226+/-0.0066+/-0.0020 GeV(2), statistical systematic. This article reports world averages for measurements of b-hadron and c-hadron properties obtained by the Heavy Flavor Averaging Group (HFAG) using results available at end 2007. For averaging, common input parameters used in various analyses are adjusted (rescaled) to values, known correlations taken into account. The include branching fractions, lifetimes, neutral meson mixing parameters, CP violation semileptonic decays.

Light pseudoscalars interacting predominantly standard model gauge bosons (so-called axionlike particles or ALPs) are frequently postulated extensions model. find no evidence ALPs and set 95% confidence level upper...

Using 13.7 fb(-1) of data recorded by the CLEO detector at Cornell Electron Storage Ring, we investigate spectrum charmed baryons which decay into Lambda+(c)pi(-)pi(+) and are more massive than Lambda+(c)(2625) baryon. We find evidence for two new states: one is broad has an invariant mass roughly 480 MeV above that Lambda+(c) baryon; other narrow with 596+/-1+/-2 mass.
Theories beyond the standard model often predict existence of an additional neutral boson, $Z^{\prime}$. Using data collected by Belle II experiment during 2018 at SuperKEKB collider, we perform first searches for invisible decay a $Z^{\prime}$ in process $e^+ e^- \to \mu^+ \mu^- Z^{\prime}$ and lepton-flavor-violating e^{\pm} \mu^{\mp} Z^{\prime}$. We do not find any excess events set 90\% credibility level upper limits on cross sections these processes. translate former, framework...

The provide essential inputs for measurements mixing and charge-parity violation. validate evaluate performance using hadronic --> decays with flavor-specific final states reconstructed in a data set corresponding an integrated luminosity 62.8 fb $$^{-1}$$ <mml:math...
We study the processes e^{+}e^{-}→ωχ_{bJ}(1P) (J=0, 1, or 2) using samples at center-of-mass energies sqrt[s]=10.701, 10.745, and 10.805 GeV, corresponding to 1.6, 9.8, 4.7 fb^{-1} of integrated luminosity, respectively. In a sample of 19 million produced B mesons, we have observed the decays -> eta K* and improved our previous measurements eta'K. The branching fractions measure for these decay modes are BR(B+ K*+) = (26.4 +9.6-8.2 +- 3.3) x $10^{-6}$, BR(B0 K*0) (13.8 +5.5-4.6 1.6) eta' K+) (80 +10-9 7) $10^{-6}$ K0) (89 +18-16 9) $10^{-6}$. We searched with comparable sensitivity related report upper limits fractions.
We report results of searches for charmless hadronic B meson decays to pseudoscalar( pi(+/-), K+/-, pi(0), or K(0)(S))-vector( rho, K(*), omega) final states. While up +/-0.5 are possible within standard model, measured consistent zero all five modes studied.
