This article reports world averages of measurements $b$-hadron, $c$-hadron, and $\tau$-lepton properties obtained by the Heavy Flavor Averaging Group using results available through summer 2016. For averaging, common input parameters used in various analyses are adjusted (rescaled) to values, known correlations taken into account. We report the first observation of a charmoniumlike state recoiling from J/psi in inclusive process e+e- -->J/psi+anything at mass (3.943+/-0.006+/-0.006) GeV/c{2}. also observe decay this into D*D[over ] and determine its intrinsic width to be less than 52 MeV/c{2} 90% C.L. We report a study of the processes ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}{D}^{(*)}{\overline{D}}^{(*)}$. In $J/\ensuremath{\psi}{D}^{*}{\overline{D}}^{*}$ we observe significant enhancement in ${D}^{*}{\overline{D}}^{*}$ invariant mass spectrum, which interpret as new charmoniumlike state and denote $X(4160)$. The Collins effect connects transverse quark spin with a measurable azimuthal asymmetry in the yield of hadronic fragments around quark's momentum vector. We present measurements of B+→¯¯¯D*0τ+ντ and B+→¯¯¯D0τ+ντ decays in a data sample 657×106 B¯¯¯B pairs collected with the Belle detector at KEKB asymmetric-energy e+e− collider. find 446+58−56 events significance 8.1 standard deviations, 146+42−41 3.5 deviations.
