We report the observation of a near-threshold enhancement in omegaJ/psi invariant mass distribution for exclusive B-->KomegaJ/psi decays. We present the results of an amplitude analysis anti-B0 -&gt; J/psi K- pi+ decays. A new charged charmoniumlike state Zc(4200)+ decaying to is observed with a significance 6.2 sigma.
