This paper reports world averages of measurements $b$-hadron, $c$-hadron, and $\tau$-lepton properties obtained by the Heavy Flavour Averaging Group using results available before April 2021. In rare cases, significant several months later are also used. For averaging, common input parameters used in various analyses adjusted (rescaled) to values, known correlations taken into account. The include branching fractions, lifetimes, neutral meson mixing parameters, CP violation semileptonic...
We discuss the heavy quark spin structure of recently observed `twin' resonances $Z_b(10610)$ and $Z_b(10650)$ assuming that these are mostly a `molecular' type, i.e. their internal dynamics is dominated by coupling to meson pairs $B^* \bar B - {\bar B}^*$ B}^*$. find state $b b$ pair within mixture spin-triplet spin-singlet equal amplitude with phase orthogonal between two resonances. Such gives rise specific relations observable amplitudes in agreement data obtained Belle. also briefly...
