The results are based on data sample containing $772\times10^6$ $B\bar{B}$ pairs recorded at $\Upsilon(4S)$ resonance with Belle detector KEKB $e^+ e^-$ collider. select $B^0 \bar{B}^0$ by reconstructing both $B$ mesons in semileptonic decays to $D^{*\mp} \ell^{\pm}$. measure R}(D^*)= 0.302 \pm...
We present the physics program of Belle II experiment, located on intensity frontier SuperKEKB $e^+e^-$ collider. collected its first collisions in 2018, and is expected to operate for next decade. It anticipated collect 50/ab collision data over lifetime. This book outcome a joint effort collaborators theorists through theory interface platform (B2TiP), an that commenced 2014. The aim B2TiP was elucidate potential impacts program, which includes wide scope topics: B physics, charm, tau,...

With the full data sample of $772 \times 10^6$ $B{\bar B}$ pairs recorded by Belle detector at KEKB electron-positron collider, decay $\bar{B} \rightarrow D^* \tau^- \bar{\nu}_\tau$ is studied with hadronic $\tau$ decays $\tau^- \pi^- \nu_\tau$ and \rho^- \nu_\tau$. The polarization $P_\tau(D^*)$ in two-body measured, as well ratio branching fractions $R(D^{*}) = \mathcal{B}(\bar {B} \bar{\nu}_\tau) / \mathcal{B}(\bar{B} \ell^- \bar{\nu}_\ell)$, where $\ell^-$ denotes an electron or a muon....
At the Mainz Microtron MAMI, first high-resolution pion spectroscopy from decays of strange systems was performed by electron scattering off a (9)Be target in order to study Λ binding energy light hypernuclei. Positively charged kaons were detected short-orbit spectrometer with broad momentum acceptance at 0° forward angles respect beam, efficiently tagging production strangeness nucleus. Coincidentally, negatively decay pions two independent spectrometers. About 10(3) pionic weak...
Abstract The ATLAS experiment is constructing new all-silicon inner tracking system for HL-LHC. strip detectors cover the radial extent of 40 to 100 cm. A approach adopted use p-type silicon material, making readout in n + -strips, so-called -in-p sensors. This allows enhanced radiation tolerance against an order magnitude higher particle fluence compared LHC. To cope with varying hit rates and occupancies as a function distance, there are two barrel sensor types, short strips (SS) 2 long...
