This article reports world averages of measurements $b$-hadron, $c$-hadron, and $\tau$-lepton properties obtained by the Heavy Flavor Averaging Group using results available through summer 2016. For averaging, common input parameters used in various analyses are adjusted (rescaled) to values, known correlations taken into account. The include branching fractions, lifetimes, neutral meson mixing parameters, \CP~violation semileptonic decays CKM matrix elements.

The Belle experiment, running at the KEKB e+e− asymmetric energy collider during first decade of century, achieved its original objective precisely measuring differences between particles and antiparticles in B system. After collecting 1000 fb−1 data various Υ resonances, also obtained many other physics results described this article.

This article summarizes the status of global fit Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa (CKM) parameters within Standard Model performed by CKMfitter group. Special attention is paid to inputs for CKM angles $\ensuremath{\alpha}$ and $\ensuremath{\gamma}$ ${B}_{s}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\mu}\ensuremath{\mu}$ ${B}_{d}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\mu}\ensuremath{\mu}$ decays. We illustrate current situation other unitarity triangles. also discuss constraints on generic...
We present measurements of the branching fractions for decays $B\to K \mu^{+}\mu^{-}$ and e^{+}e^{-}$, their ratio ($R_{K}$), using a data sample 711 $fb^{-1}$ that contains $772 \times 10^{6}$ $B\bar{B}$ events. The were collected at $\Upsilon(4S)$ resonance with Belle detector KEKB asymmetric-energy $e^{+}e^{-}$ collider. $R_{K}$ is measured in five bins dilepton invariant-mass-squared ($q^{2}$): $q^{2} \in (0.1, 4.0), (4.0, 8.12), (1.0, 6.0)$, $(10.2, 12.8)$ ($>14.18) GeV^{2}/c^{4}$,...

Using 605 fb−1 of data collected at the Υ(4S) resonance we present a measurement inclusive radiative B-meson decay channel, B→Xsγ. For lower photon energy thresholds 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, and 2.0 GeV, as defined in rest frame B meson, measure partial branching fraction mean variance spectrum. At 1.7 GeV threshold obtain BF(B→Xsγ)=(3.45±0.15±0.40)×10−4, where errors are statistical systematic.Received 8 July 2009DOI:https://doi.org/10.1103/PhysRevLett.103.241801©2009 American Physical Society
We estimate, in a large class of scenarios, the sensitivity to new physics ${B}_{d}$ and ${B}_{s}$ mixings achievable with $50\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{ab}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ Belle II }{\mathrm{fb}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ LHCb data. find that current limits on contributions both ${B}_{d,s}$ systems can be improved by factor $\ensuremath{\sim}5$ for all values $CP$-violating phases, corresponding over 2 increase scale probed.
