We present a study of $B\ensuremath{\rightarrow}X(3872)K$ with $X(3872)$ decaying to ${D}^{*0}{\overline{D}}^{0}$ using sample $657\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{6}$ $B\overline{B}$ pairs recorded at the $\ensuremath{\Upsilon}(4S)$ resonance Belle detector KEKB asymmetric-energy ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ collider. Both ${D}^{*0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}^{0}\ensuremath{\gamma}$ and ${D}^{*0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}^{0}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{0}$ decay modes are used. find peak...

We have made a precise measurement of the absolute branching fractions Bs->Ds(*)+ Ds(*)- decays using 121.4 fb-1 data recorded by Belle experiment running on Upsilon(5S) resonance. The results are B(Bs0->Ds+ Ds-) = (0.58 +0.11 -0.09 +-0.13)%, B(Bs0->Ds*+- Ds-+) (1.8 +-0.2 +-0.4)%, and B(Bs0->Ds*+ Ds*-) (2.0 +-0.3 +-0.5)%; sum is B(Bs0->Ds(*)+ (4.3 +-0.4 +-1.0)%. Assuming saturates to CP-even final states, fraction constrains ratio Delta(Gamma_s)/cos(phi_s), where Delta(Gamma_s) difference in...

We report on a search for $CP$ violation in ${\ensuremath{\tau}}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{K}_{S}^{0}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}{\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\tau}}$ decays using data sample of $699\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{fb}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ collected by the Belle experiment at KEKB electron-positron asymmetric-energy collider. The asymmetry is measured four bins invariant mass...

We report the results of a study $B^{\pm}\to K^{\pm}\eta_c$ and K^{\pm}\eta_c(2S)$ decays followed by $\eta_c$ $\eta_c(2S)$ to $(K_SK\pi)^0$. The are obtained from data sample containing 535 million $B\bar{B}$-meson pairs collected Belle experiment at KEKB $e^+e^-$ collider. measure products branching fractions ${\mathcal B}(B^{\pm}\to K^{\pm}\eta_c){\mathcal B}(\eta_c\to K_S K^{\pm}\pi^{\mp})=(26.7\pm 1.4(stat)^{+2.9}_{-2.6}(syst)\pm 4.9(model))\times 10^{-6}$ K^{\pm}\eta_c(2S)){\mathcal...

We report the observation of two narrow structures at 10610MeV/c^2 and 10650MeV/c^2 in pi^{\pm}Upsilon(nS) (n=1,2,3) pi^{\pm}h_b(mP) (m=1,2) mass spectra that are produced association with a single charged pion Upsilon(5S) decays. The measured masses widths averaged over five final states M_1=10608.4\pm2.0MeV/c^2, Gamma_1=15.6\pm2.5MeV M_2=10653.2\pm1.5MeV/c^2, Gamma_2=14.4\pm3.2MeV. Analysis favors quantum numbers I^G(J^P)=1^+(1^+) for both states. results obtained 121.4fb^{-1} data sample...

We have made the first observation of B(s)(0)→D(s)(*)+ D(s)(*)- decays using 23.6 fb(-1) data recorded by Belle experiment running on Υ(5S) resonance. The branching fractions are measured to be B(B(s)(0)→D(s)+ D(s)-)=(1.03(-0.32-0.25)(+0.39+0.26))%, B(B(s)(0)→D(s)(*±) D(s)(∓))=(2.75(-0.71)(+0.83)±0.69)%, and B(B(s)(0)→D(s)*+ D(s)*-)=(3.08(-1.04-0.86)(+1.22+0.85))%; sum is B[B(s)(0)→D(s)(*)+ D(s)(*)-]=(6.85(-1.30-1.80)(+1.53+1.79))%. Using samples of 102 million $\Upsilon(1S)$ and 158 $\Upsilon(2S)$ events collected with the Belle detector, we study exclusive hadronic decays these two bottomonium resonances to $\ks K^+ \pi^-$ charge-conjugate (c.c.) states, $\pi^+ \pi^- \pi^0 \pi^0$, two-body Vector-Pseudoscalar ($K^{\ast}(892)^0\bar{K}^0+ {\rm c.c.}$, $K^{\ast}(892)^-K^+ + $\omega\pi^0$, $\rho\pi$) final states. For first time, signals are observed in modes $\Upsilon(1S) \to \ks $\Upsilon(2S) \pi^+ evidence is found for...

“Public diplomacy” in Taiwan is led by the authorities and joined multiple actors. Due to authorities’ limited international engagement, they seek assistance from think tanks expanding “public diplomacy”, as a complement their “diplomatic” efforts or substitute when intervention deemed inappropriate. In this case, assume an active “diplomatic role”. Their main functions are provide policy advice decision-making counsel authorities; cooperate with “Track II diplomacy”; disseminate Taiwan’s...
