We report the first observation of charmless hyperonic B decay, B0-->pLambda(pi)(-), using a 78 fb(-1) data sample recorded on Upsilon(4S) resonance with Belle detector at KEKB. The measured branching fraction is B(B0-->pLambda(pi)(-))=(3.97(+1.00)(-0.80)+/-0.56)x10(-6). Searches for B0-->pLambda(K)- and pSigma(0)pi(-) yield no significant signals we set 90% confidence-level upper limits B(B0-->pLambda(K)-)<8.2x10(-7) B(B0-->pSigma(0)pi(-))<3.8x10(-6).

Using a 492 fb{-1} data sample collected near the Upsilon(4S) resonance with Belle detector at KEKB asymmetric-energy e{+}e{-} collider, we observe decay B{0}-->ppK*0 branching fraction of (1.18{-0.25}{+0.29}(stat)+/-0.11(syst))x10{-6}.
