The Belle detector at the KEKB electron-positron collider has collected almost 1 billion Y(4S) events in its decade of operation. Super-KEKB, an upgrade is under construction, to increase luminosity by two orders magnitude during a three-year shutdown, with ultimate goal 8E35 /cm^2 /s luminosity. To exploit increased luminosity, been proposed. A new international collaboration Belle-II, being formed. Technical Design Report presents physics motivation, basic methods accelerator upgrade, as...

A fully compensating uranium—scintillator calorimeter was constructed for the ZEUS detector at HERA. Several of barrel modules were subjected to beam tests Fermilab before shipping them DESY installation. The calibrations used beams electrons and hadrons, measuring uniformity response, checking resolution. runs also provided opportunity test a large fraction actual readout system in an integrated environment more than one year HERA turn on. experiment utilized two computer controlled...
The interference fragmentation function translates the of a quark with transverse projection spin into an azimuthal asymmetry two final-state hadrons. In e+e- annihilation product functions is measured. We report nonzero asymmetries for pairs charge-ordered pi+pi- pairs, which indicate significant in this channel. results are obtained from 672 fb-1 data sample that contains 711 \times 106 and was collected at near ?(4S) resonance, Belle detector KEKB asymmetric-energy collider.
The Askaryan Radio Array (ARA) is an ultra-high energy (UHE, $>10^{17}$ eV) neutrino detector designed to observe neutrinos by searching for the radio waves emitted relativistic products of neutrino-nucleon interactions in Antarctic ice. In this paper, we present constraints on diffuse flux between $10^{16}-10^{21}$ eV resulting from a search two complementary analyses, both analyzing four years data (2013-2016) deep stations (A2, A3) operating at that time. We place 90 % CL upper limit all...
The anatomical structure of the gingival papilla around implant is special, and it difficult to recover after injury. reduction its height will have a negative impact on function esthetics, one many problems in treatment at present. This paper analyzes influencing factors from three aspects: factors, surgical design restorative design, including classical such as shape natural teeth, interproximal distance between adjacent tooth, soft tissue grafting, contour restorations, well hot...
Vertical bone augmentation (VBA) in the anterior maxilla is a technically and biologically challenging technique with high complication rates unpredictable outcomes. Selecting appropriate soft tissue management strategies crucial to avoid short-term long-term complications. This article aims assist clinicians making treatment decisions based on different conditions during VBA. It divided into two parts. Incision flap design quality quantity of tissues For mucosa good quantity, trapezoidal...
Objective: To preliminarily evaluate the accuracy of a segmented rotational motion-based osteotomy module for autonomous dental implant robots in immediate placement anterior region through an vitro model experiment, providing references clinical practice. Methods: Twenty-three identical commercial maxillary resin models with dentition defects were divided into three groups: fully guided static computer-assisted surgery (sCAIS) group (n=5), robotic (rCAIS) based on conventional...
We report the first observation of a b -> u type charmless baryonic B decay, B+ p pbar pi+, as well s B0 K0 and K*+ decays. The analysis is based on 78fb^{-1} data sample recorded Upsilon(4S) resonance with Belle detector at KEKB. find BF(B+ pi+) = (3.06^{+0.73}_{-0.62} \pm 0.37)*10^{-6}, BF(B0 K0) =(1.88^{+0.77}_{-0.60} 0.23)*10^{-6}, K*+) (10.3^{+3.6 + 1.3}_{-2.8 -1.7})*10^{-6}. also update K+) (5.66^{+0.67}_{-0.57} 0.62)* 10^{-6}, present an upper limit K*0) 90% confidence level. A common...
We report the first observation of charmless hyperonic B decay, B0-->pLambda(pi)(-), using a 78 fb(-1) data sample recorded on Upsilon(4S) resonance with Belle detector at KEKB. The measured branching fraction is B(B0-->pLambda(pi)(-))=(3.97(+1.00)(-0.80)+/-0.56)x10(-6). Searches for B0-->pLambda(K)- and pSigma(0)pi(-) yield no significant signals we set 90% confidence-level upper limits B(B0-->pLambda(K)-)<8.2x10(-7) B(B0-->pSigma(0)pi(-))<3.8x10(-6).
We study the following charmless baryonic three-body decays of $B$ mesons: ${B}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}p\overline{\ensuremath{\Lambda}}\ensuremath{\gamma}$, ${B}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}p\overline{\ensuremath{\Lambda}}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{0}$, and ${B}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}p\overline{\ensuremath{\Lambda}}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$. The partial branching fractions as a function baryon-antibaryon mass polar angle distributions proton in system are presented. This includes...
We determine the resonant substructure of D→K¯πππ decays, extracting relative fractions and phases amplitudes contributing to K−π+π+π−, K¯0π+π+π−, K−π+π+π0, K¯0π+π−π0 final states. find that two-body decay modes account for at least 75% these decays. obtain branching ratios D→K¯a1(1260), D→K¯*ρ, D→K¯1(1270)π, D→K¯1(1400)π, D0→K¯0ω modes, as well several three- four-body modes. In case D→K¯a1(1260) we all three possible isospin combinations, enabling us extract isospin-½ -32 amplitudes, their...

Using a 492 fb{-1} data sample collected near the Upsilon(4S) resonance with Belle detector at KEKB asymmetric-energy e{+}e{-} collider, we observe decay B{0}-->ppK*0 branching fraction of (1.18{-0.25}{+0.29}(stat)+/-0.11(syst))x10{-6}. We study dynamics and compare B{+}-->ppK*+. The K*0 meson is found to be almost 100% polarized (with (101+/-13+/-3)% in helicity zero state), while K*+ has (32+/-17+/-9)% state. direct CP asymmetries for B{+}-->ppK*+ are measured -0.08+/-0.20+/-0.02...
