InGaN single-crystal films were grown on (0001) plane sapphire substrates at 800 °C by metalorganic vapor phase epitaxy. By using such a high temperature for growth, the crystalline quality has been greatly improved. To clarify the superconducting gap structure of spin-triplet superconductor Sr2RuO4, in-plane thermal conductivity has been measured as a function relative orientations flow, crystal axes, and magnetic field rotating within 2D RuO2 planes. The variation is incompatible with any model line nodes vertical to planes indicates existence horizontal nodes. These results place strong constraints on models that attempt explain mechanism triplet superconductivity.
