Assessing the impacts of environmental change and anthropogenic activities on historical current total suspended matter (TSM) pattern in Dongting Lake, China, is a large challenge. We addressed this challenge by using more than three decades Landsat data. Based situ measurements, we developed an algorithm based near-infrared (NIR) band to estimate TSM Lake. The was applied images derive distribution maps from 1978 2013 wet season, revealing significant inter-annual spatial variability....

Oxidative stress is closely associated with sarcopenia obesity (SO). As the primary active component of Polygonatum sibiricum, sibiricum polysaccharide (PsP) recognized as a potent antioxidant and has become focus research for potential therapeutic strategies against SO. Our previous study demonstrated that ultrasound-assisted deep eutectic solvents (UAE-DESs) significantly improve extraction efficiency PsP; however, effect PsP extracted using UAE-DESs was unexplored. This investigated...

The PandaX-4T liquid xenon detector at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory is used to measure solar $^8$B neutrino flux by detecting neutrinos through coherent scattering with nuclei. Data samples requiring coincidence of scintillation and ionization signals (paired), as well unpaired ionization-only (US2), are selected energy threshold approximately 1.1 keV (0.33 keV) nuclear recoil energy. Combining commissioning run first science PandaX-4T, a total exposure 1.25 1.04 tonne$\cdot$year...

The main active component of Polygonatum sibiricum (P. sibiricum) rhizome is Polysaccharide (PsP) with antioxidant function. At present, only the mature P. used to extract PsP, while young by-product discarded directly as waste, resulting in significant wastage resources. We ultrasound-assisted extraction-deep eutectic solvents (UAE-DESs) method PsP and rhizomes, respectively. extraction rate, structure composition ability between rhizomes were compared, so provide references for...

The chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) concentration of eutrophic lakes fluctuates significantly due to the disturbance wind and anthropogenic activities on water body. Consequently, estimation Chl-a has become an immense challenge. Due urgent demand rapid development in high-resolution earth observation systems, it crucial assess hyperspectral satellite imagery capabilities inland monitoring. Data-driven models are widely used in the field of water level prediction due to their generalizability and predictive abilities. In long-series prediction, however, data-driven degrade rapidly uncertainty constraints model data parameters. To address problem inaccurate continuous this study introduced a assimilation technique, unscented Kalman filter (UKF), embedded support vector regression (SVR) into framework applied it Dongting Lake, second largest freshwater lake China. In this letter, we report the dark matter search results from commissioning run and first science of PandaX-4T experiment. A blind analysis is carried out on entire data set. The processing improved compared to previous work, unifying low-level signal reconstruction in a wide energy range up 120 keV. With total exposure 1.54 tonne$\cdot$year, no significant excess nuclear recoil events found. lowest 90% confidence level exclusion spin-independent cross section $1.6 \times 10^{-47}...

We present a novel constraint on light dark matter utilizing $1.54$ tonne$\cdot$year of data acquired from the PandaX-4T dual-phase xenon time projection chamber. This is derived through detecting electronic recoil signals resulting interaction with solar-enhanced flux. Low-mass particles, lighter than few MeV/$c^2$, can scatter thermal electrons in Sun.
