Abstract Background Hospital and ICU structural factors are key affecting the quality of care as well patient outcomes. However, data from China scarce. This study was designed to investigate how differences in outcomes associated with hospital structure variables throughout 2019. Methods a multicenter observational study. Data total 2820 hospitals were collected using National Clinical Improvement System that reports information China. collection consisted a) on factors, including type,...
Abstract Purpose To investigate the effects of ICU quality control indicators on VAP incidence rate and mortality in China throughout 2019. Methods This was a retrospective study. A total 1267 ICUs from 30 provinces mainland were included. Data collected using National Clinical Improvement System that report information. Ten related analyzed, including 5 structural factors (patient-to-bed ratio, physician-to-bed nurse-to-bed patient-to-physician patient-to-nurse ratio), 3 process (unplanned...
The detectability of an alternating current field measurement (ACFM) for non-surface defects is improved by a pulsed (PACFM) technique. In this paper, the optimal time-domain feature PACFM technique defect detection investigated numerical and experimental methods. simulation, model built finite element software COMSOL. mechanism response signal are studied. It indicates that value measured after peak time has better sensitivity to noise ratio than conventional value. Finally, system set up...
Sepsis is a global public health burden. The sequential organ failure assessment (SOFA) the most commonly used scoring system for diagnosing sepsis and assessing severity. Due to widespread use of endotracheal intubation sedative medications in sepsis, accuracy Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) lowest SOFA. We designed this multicenter, cross-sectional study investigate predictive efficiency SOFA with or without GCS on ICU mortality patients sepsis.
This paper presents an approach for acousto-ultrasonic source (passive damage or impact) localization based on metal core piezoelectric fiber (MPF) rosettes. MPF is a new type ceramic device with small size and has high directivity to s
In this paper we establish three new inequalities involving an arbitrary point of a triangle. Some related conjectures and problems are put forward.
In this letter, we develop an electromagnetic scattering simulation-based method for designing the indices grinding surfaces roughness measurement. Based on simulation data, index design and optimization do not require a large number of sample blocks imaging experiments. This makes proposed time-saving low-cost compared with original experimental methods. The results simulations are verified through demonstrates that can be used to optimize characteristic visual measurements.
With the help of mathematical software Maple for calculations, we establish a new geometric inequality with one parameter on given interval involving an arbitrary point in plane triangle. Two related interesting conjectures checked by computer are put forward.
In this paper, we present two sharpened versions of the Erdös-Mordell inequality and extend them to cases with one parameter. As applications our results, Walker a new in non-obtuse triangles are obtained. We also propose three interesting conjectures as open problems.
In this paper, we present some new refinements of the Erdös-Mordell inequality, Barrow's and Oppenheim's inequality. Based on verification by computer, several related interesting conjectures are put forward.
In this paper, a new geometric inequality for point in the plane of triangle is proved by using mathematical software Maple. Also, general with one parameter and other three similar interesting inequalities checked computer are put forward as conjectures.
An improved inequality of a weighted trigonometric in acute triangles is established by using the simplest arithmetic-geometric mean inequality, which also an improvement well known Wolstenholme for non-obtuse triangles. Its two equivalent inequalities strengthened versions Erdös-Mordell and Barrow's are obtained. Some applications given new results five relevant interesting conjectures put forward.
Presently, variations in light source brightness significantly affect visual roughness measurement methods, limiting accuracy. To tackle this, a Full-reference imaging approach (FRI) is introduced to capture comprehensive field information, encompassing incident and surface-reflected light. Utilizing the energy ratio between these fields minimizes interference improves Initially, relationship model, drawing upon Lambert-Beer scattering principles, correlates surface with reflected reference...
