The aim of this study was to identify the biological characteristics and potential roles endometrial progenitor cells in pathogenesis endometriosis. It is generally believed that human endometrium are responsible for rapid regeneration. However, paired eutopic ectopic endometriosis remain unclear. This intends isolate epithelial (EP) mesenchymal stem (eMSCs) from endometria patients, further reveal their features functions respectively. distributions EP eMSCs expression steroid hormone...

<title>Abstract</title> Activation of immune cells is currently one the most promising approaches for cancer treatment. However, clinical trials T-cell activation therapy have not reached expected results without explicit reasons. In present study, we report that co-stimulatory molecule OX40 highly expressed in endothelial (ECs) tumor tissues. Clinically, high expression ECs negatively associated with prognosis patients, and this irrelevant to or not. Analysis conditional loss-...

Background microRNAs (miRNAs) were recognized as a promising source of diagnostic biomarker. Herein, we aim to evaluate the performance an ultrasensitive method for detecting serum miRNAs using single molecule arrays (Simoa). Methods In this study, candidate trained and tested by RT-qPCR in cohort PTB patients. Besides that, miRNA detection developed Single Molecule Array (Simoa) platform. ultra-sensitive sandwich assay, two target-specific LNA-modified oligonucleotide probes can be simply...

Abstract We aimed to evaluate the application of external beam radiotherapy (EBRT) combined with californium-252 ( 252 Cf) neutron intraluminal brachytherapy (NBT) in patients local recurrent esophageal cancer after definitive chemoradiotherapy (CRT). Sixty-two squamous cell carcinoma CRT were retrospectively analyzed; 31 underwent NBT+EBRT, and received EBRT alone. The response rate; 1-, 2-, 3-year overall survival rates; adverse event occurrence rates compared between these two patient...
