Background: Treatment of critical limb ischemia (CLI) by bypass operation or percutaneous vascular intervention is occasionally difficult. The safety and efficacy multiple intramuscular adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ATMSC) injections in CLI patients was determined the study. Methods Results: study included 15 male with ischemic resting pain 1 with/without non-healing ulcers necrotic foot. ATMSC were isolated from tissue thromboangiitis obliterans (TAO) (B-ATMSC), diabetes...

Abstract Background and Aim: Endoscopic forceps biopsy (EFB) as the primary histological diagnosis of gastric epithelial neoplasia (GEN) is debated in era endoscopic resection (ER). Our aim was to investigate diagnostic reliability EFB patients with GEN compared ER specimens reference standard for final a large consecutive series. Methods: This cross‐sectional retrospective study at tertiary‐referral center. A total 354 397 GENs underwent (endoscopic mucosal or submucosal dissection)....

Upper limb ischemia is less common than lower ischemia, and relatively few cases have been reported. This paper reviews the epidemiology, etiology, clinical characteristics of upper analyzes factors affecting functional sequelae after treatment. The records 35 patients with acute chronic who underwent treatment from January 2007 to December 2012 were retrospectively reviewed. The median age was 55.03 years, number male 24 (68.6%). The most etiology embolism cardiac origin, followed by...

Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) are known to be potentially effective in regeneration of damaged tissue. We aimed assess the effectiveness intracoronary administration ADSCs reducing infarction area and improving function after acute transmural myocardial (MI) a porcine model.ADSCs were obtained from each pig's abdominal subcutaneous fat tissue by simple liposuction. After 3 passages 14-days culture, 2 million injected into coronary artery 30 min MI. At baseline 4 weeks ADSC injection,...

Statins remain the mainstay of secondary coronary artery disease (CAD) prevention, but n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (ω-3 PUFA) display biological effects that may also reduce risk atherosclerosis and CAD. However, data on possible antiatherosclerotic benefits adding ω-3 PUFA to statin therapy are limited. This study aimed investigate potential additive regression in CAD patients receiving stent implantation. Seventy-four undergoing percutaneous intervention (PCI) with implantation were...

The aim this study was to investigate whether PG induced CXCL8 cell type determine cellular signaling pathways involved that process. Exposure THP-1 cell, monocyte/macrophage line,...
