Failure of rotator cuff healing is a common complication despite the rapid development surgical repair techniques for torn cuff.To verify effect atelocollagen on tendon-to-bone in rabbit supraspinatus tendon compared with conventional repair.Controlled laboratory study.A tear was created and repaired 46 New Zealand White rabbits. They were then randomly allocated into 2 groups (23 rabbits per group; 15 histological 8 biomechanical test). In experimental group, patch-type implanted between...

Many reports have been published on orthognathic surgery (OGS) using computer-aided surgical simulation (CASS). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy maxillary repositioning and stability maxilla in patients who underwent OGS a newly developed CASS program, customized osteotomy guide, miniplate. Thirteen from 2015 2017 were included. All bimaxillary operation. First, skull-dentition hybrid 3D image rendered by merging cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) images with...

Background/Objectives: Catheter ablation is an effective treatment for atrial fibrillation (AF) but associated with femoral vascular complications. While anticoagulation therapy has been linked to these complications, specific risk factors remain unclear. This study assessed the incidence and predictors of complications after catheter using systematic duplex ultrasound (DUS) as well their outcomes. Methods: A single-center observational was conducted 404 consecutive AF patients who underwent...

Background: Favourable occlusal interdigitation and an optimized position of the mandibular condyle after surgery are essential for obtaining favourable results. The is determined during operation. However, it difficult to maintain condyle's original post-surgery despite efforts surgeons. Indeed, a degree rotation unavoidable, since verify whether positioned correctly surgery. Purpose: To maximize contact between bone segments, was rotated around vertical axis using surgical simulations. We...
