Cholestatic hepatitis is a rare complication of acute Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection. Here, we presented case cholestatic secondary to infectious mononucleosis, who with complaints abdominal pain, yellowing the eyes and body, itching, widespread body fever, nausea vomiting.
