The EMBRYONIC FLOWER (EMF) 1 gene has been shown to be necessary for maintenance of vegetative development. To investigate the molecular mechanism EMF1-mediated plant development, we screened EMF1-interacting proteins and identified 11 candidate using yeast two-hybrid system. Among genes, three EMF1-Interacting Protein (EIP) EIP1, EIP6 EIP9, are predicted encode a WNK (with-no-lysine) kinase, B-box zinc-finger protein DnaJ-domain protein, respectively. expression patterns EIP9 were similar...

We utilized a fast Raman spectral mapping technique for detection of bacterial pathogens. Three-dimensional (3D) plasmonic nanopillar arrays were fabricated using the nanolithography-free process consisting maskless Ar plasma treatment polyethylene terephthalate substrate and subsequent metal deposition. Bacterial pathogens immobilized on positively charged poly(l-lysine)-coated 3D through electrostatic interactions. Then, surfaces selectively labeled with antibody-conjugated...

Data quality management (DQM) is one of the most critical aspects to ensure successful applications Internet Things (IoT). So far, approaches for assuring data are typically data-centric, i.e., mainly focus on fixing issues specific values. However, organizations can also benefit from improving their capabilities DQM processes by developing organizational best practices. In this regard, our investigation addresses how well perform in IoT domain. The main contribution study establish a...
