We present a case of POEMS syndrome in which cardiac MRI (CMR) revealed involvement. is very rare disease and involvement rarely reported. In the case, echocardiography left ventricular hypertrophy with moderately impaired systolic function moderate pulmonary hypertension. CMR examination showed typical circular subendocardial type late gadolinium enhancement, classic pattern amyloidosis.
