We report the synthesis and characterization of two hexapole [7]helicenes (H7Hs). Single crystal X-ray diffraction unambiguously confirms molecular structure. H7H absorbs light, with distinct Cotton effect, from ultraviolet to near-infrared (λmax = 618 nm). Cyclic voltammetry reveals nine reversible redox states, consecutively -2 +6. These chiroptical electronic properties are inaccessible helicene's small homologues.
A polyether-based imidazolium ionic liquid functionalized salen Al complex displays high efficiency and reusability as a homogeneous, single-component multi-functional catalyst for the cycloaddition of CO2 to epoxides under mild conditions.
For achieving smart materials with color-tunable emissions, the development of single-component systems exhibiting high durability and stability is desired but remains challenging, in comparison to multicomponent systems. Here, a luminescent molecule (3-SPhF) colorful emissions successfully reported through different expressions triplet excitons radiative transitions. The time-resolved spectra confirm existence delayed fluorescence (τ = 282.5 μs), monomeric phosphorescence 497.7 ms)...
Neuroblastoma (NB), the most common extracranial solid tumor in childhood, significantly contributes to cancer-related mortality, presenting a dearth of efficacious treatment strategies. Previously, our studies have substantiated potent cytotoxicity arsenic trioxide (ATO) against NB cells, however, specific underlying mechanism remains elusive. Here, we first identified ATO as novel GPX4 inhibitor, which could trigger ferroptosis cells. In vitro, inhibited proliferation and migration ability...
Objective The resection of parasagittal and falx meningiomas in the middle third superior sagittal sinus (SSS) is associated with a high risk postoperative motor deficits. This study discusses factors affecting decline recovery function after follow-up. Methods results single-institution retrospective cohort meningioma between 2016 2023 were reviewed, parameters screened as potential predictors. Variables interest included outcome Univariate multivariate analyses performed to identify...
There is a high prevalence of suicidal ideation (SI), suicide attempts (SA), and non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) in bipolar disorder (BD). Understanding the nature suicidality NSSI BD an important way to inform optimal intervention for reducing risk. We aimed investigate correlates SI, SA, patients with using data from national survey. used network analysis explore associations among suicidality, NSSI, addictive features symptoms BD. Participants were recruited 20 research centers China....
Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) were recently found to be associated with some special immunological characteristics, the immunoregulatory effect of MSC was dose-dependent. Low amount mild immunosuppression or even immune activation, while high that significant immunosuppressive effect. In this study, by using a transwell system, we explored on cell cycle, apoptosis rate and expression CD69, an activation marker, allogeneic cord blood derived cytokine-induced killer(CIK)/natural...
Abstract A homoditopic molecular host, janusarene, is presented that has two back‐to‐back compactly arranged nanocavities for guest complexation. The unique two‐face structural feature of janusarene allows it to bind and align various compounds concurrently, which include spherical pristine fullerene C 60 planar polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), such as pyrene, perylene, 9,10‐dimethylanthracene. host–guest interactions were characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. pairwise...
To evaluate the prognostic factors and outcome for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in children with MLL rearrangement (MLL-r).A total of 124 pediatric patients who were diagnosed ALL classified into two groups based on MLL-r status by using a retrospective case-control study method from June 2008 to 2020.The prevalence positive whole cohort was 4.9%. The complete remission (CR) rate Day 33 group not statistically different negative (96.8% vs 97.8%, P = 0.736). Multivariate analysis showed...
Early-onset mixed chimerism (MC) with a high proportion of residual host cells is considered signal graft rejection in patients undergoing allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for transfusion-dependent thalassemia. In order to prevent and minimize the risk treatment-related graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), we established hierarchical management system based on analysis. This retrospective study provides comprehensive review characteristics, interventions, outcomes 38 who...
Objective: The apoptotic and cytotoxic effects of arsenic trioxide (ATO) makes it a potentially suitable agent for the treatment patients with neuroblastoma poor prognosis; therefore, we try to evaluate effectiveness safety ATO combined reinduction/induction chemotherapy in children recurrent/refractory or newly diagnosed stage 4 neuroblastoma. Methods: Retrospective analysis was performed on seven pediatric recurrent /refractory treated traditional ATO. Results: A total 7 were synchronously...
Abstract To investigate the prognostic value of circulating peripheral blood cell counts changes in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) at different time points during induction chemotherapy. We retrospectively analyzed clinical and laboratory data 237 newly diagnosed AML patients admitted to Fujian Medical University Union Hospital from January 2011 December 2014. 1. When primitive cells were first removed blood, it was called blast clearance (PBBC). These divided into two groups, according PBBC....
To evaluate the effect of low-dose recombinant interleukin-2 (rIL-2) therapy on immunocyte subsets and its side effects in children with solid tumor.
Abstract Pediatric B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) is a highly heterogeneous disease. According to large-scale RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data, B-ALL patients can be divided into more than 10 subgroups. However, many genomic defects associated with resistance mechanisms have not yet been identified. As an individual clinical tool for molecular diagnostic risk classification, RNA-seq and gene expression pattern-based therapy could potential upcoming strategies. In this study, we...
To study the curative effect and safety of menchymal stem cell infusion in treatment children with refractory late-onset hemorrhagic cystitis(LOHC) after allogeneic HSCT.Thirty cases LOHC allo-HSCT our department between December 2010 July 2016 were analyzed retrospectively, out 30 7 received MSC treatment. The used all four-to-five generation from bone marrows third party donors, infused into patients (1.87±0.456)×106/kg MSCs once a week (1-4 times total) until hematuria odynuria symptoms...
