Finding a drug for early intervention in the hepatic fibrosis process has important clinical significance. Previous studies have suggested SUMOylation as potential target fibrosis. However, role of SAE1, marker SUMOylation, is unknown. Additionally, whether ginkgolic acid (GA), inhibitor, inhibits by inhibiting SUMO1-activating enzyme subunit 1 (SAE1) should be further investigated.

Neovascular ocular diseases (NODs) represent the leading cause of visual impairment globally. Despite significant advances in anti-angiogenic therapies targeting vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), persistent challenges remain prevalent. As a proof-of-concept study, we herein demonstrate effectiveness targeted degradation VEGF with bispecific aptamer-based lysosome-targeting chimeras (referred to as VED-LYTACs).

Transplant oncology is a newly emerging discipline integrating oncology, transplant medicine, and surgery has brought malignancy treatment into new era via transplantation. In this context, obtaining drug with both immunosuppressive antitumor effects can take account the dual needs of preventing rejection tumor recurrence in liver transplantation patients malignancies. Capecitabine (CAP), classic drug, been shown to induce reactive oxygen species (ROS) production apoptosis cells. Meanwhile,...

Biliary complications are currently one of the leading causes liver failure and patient death after transplantation need to be solved urgently. ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) is important biliary complications. IL-22 has a protective effect on hepatitis diseases, its safety efficacy in treatment have also been proved human clinical experiments. Furthermore, multiple studies confirmed that promotes proliferation repair epithelial cells various organs. Still, function bile duct not...

In this investigation, in order to understand deterioration processes of concrete from surfaces interiors under temperature gradient effects, 150mm cubic specimens were heated without temperature-rising stages at 800° for 20min, 40min, 60min, 90min and 120min then cooled with running water. For the purpose evaluating characteristics concrete, compressive strengths cracking conditions specimens, microstructural morphologies constituents, as well dehydration degrees matrix determined. Results...

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors with high morbidity and mortality. Therefore, finding new diagnostic therapeutic targets vital for HCC patients. Recent studies have shown that dysregulation RNA-binding proteins often associated cancer progression. Several reported protein SSB can promote occurrence progression linked to tumor epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), which could be a marker target. However, expression function in remain elucidated....
