Single-atom nanozymes (SANs) have attracted great attention in constructing devices for instant biosensing due to their excellent stability and atom utilization. Here, Mo atoms were immobilized 2D nitrogen-doped carbon films by cascade-anchored one-pot pyrolysis obtain single-atom nanozyme (Mo-SAN) with high atomic loading (4.79 wt %) peroxidase-like activity. The coordination environment enzyme-like activity mechanism of Mo-SAN studied combining synchrotron radiation density functional...

Chronic cerebral hypoperfusion induced cerebrovascular white matter lesions (WMLs) are closely associated with cognitive impairment and other neurological deficits. The mechanism of demyelination in response to has not yet been fully clarified. Soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) is an endogenous key enzyme the metabolic conversion degradation P450 eicosanoids called epoxyeicosatrienoic acids. Inhibition sEH suggested represent a prototype "combination therapy" targeting multiple mechanisms...

Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) is a highly contagious coronavirus that causes severe and death in neonatal piglets. Passive immunization with neutralizing antibodies against PEDV an effective prevention measure. In this study, single chain fragment variable (scFv) were screened from the porcine scFv phage display library. After four rounds of biopanning, scFvs showed higher affinity to antigen selected for further study. The genes cloned into expression plasmid recombinant protein...

Nonpersistent joints that commonly exist in nonpersistent discontinuities exhibit complex shearing behavior due to the intervals between rock bridges. The influence of bridges on bearing capacity is difficult determine two main factors: uncertainty proportion bridge area (or joint area) terms geometry and resulting variation normal stress distribution dynamics. As an innovative study, this paper investigates effects persistence sequence mobilization by recording deformation pattern parts...

Emerging evidence suggests that physiological distress is highly correlated with cancer incidence and mortality. However, the mechanisms underlying psychological challenges-mediated tumor immune evasion are not systematically explored. Here, it demonstrated acute restraint (AR) increases level of plasma neuropeptide hormones, kisspeptin, expression levels its receptor, Gpr54, in hypothalamus, splenic tumor-infiltrating T cells, suggesting a correlation between neuroendocrine system...

Abstract The phosphate ester bonds are widely present in living organisms and the environment. From nucleic acids to sparingly dispersed pesticides chemical warfare residues, phosphoester bond's stability against hydrolysis can be extremely high or exceptionally low. Recently, enzyme‐mimicking nanomaterials, namely ‘nanozyme’, have been explored for their activities hydrolytically cleaving DNA, organophosphate analogues. Herein a broad perspective these nanomaterials were summarized compared...

Abstract As a typical plant hormone, indole‐3‐acetic acid (IAA) can regulate the biological activities including division, growth and differentiation of cells. In this paper, MXene multi‐walled carbon nanotubes composite was prepared by self‐assembly procedure, which modified on screen‐printed electrode (SPE) to construct wireless portable electrochemical sensor. Electrochemical investigations IAA were studied cyclic voltammetry an irreversible oxidation process could be observed. The...
