A 46-year-old woman presented for a routine echocardiogram, which revealed giant atrial septal aneurysm (ASA) with an defect (ASD). We surgically excised the ASA and closed ASD pericardial patch. A 21-year-old woman with a history of atopy, peripheral eosinophilia, Wolf-Parkinson-White syndrome, and 5 episodes myocarditis was diagnosed eosinophilic myocarditis.
