During the last two decades, prevalence of acute rheumatic fever has significantly decreased to isolated cases nationwide. In this article, a clinical case chorea, with choreic hyperkinesis syndrome, in 13-year-old child cardiac involvement is described. Modern concepts therapy chorea are presented.
