Objective To compare the short-term effectiveness between arthroscopic cystectomy and internal drainage combined with in popliteal cyst. Methods Between March 2014 2017, 56 patients symptomatic cyst were enrolled study, randomized block design was used to divided into trial group (arthroscopic group, n=28) control n=28). Excluding those who had incomplete follow-up received surgery for other diseases postoperatively, 26 experimental 27 finally study. There no significant difference gender,...
Objective To evaluate hip function and reinfection of the patients with infection sequelae after total arthroplasty (THA) treatment. Methods A clinical data 31 (31 hips) sequelae, who were treated THA between June 2010 May 2017, was retrospectively analyzed. There 18 males 13 females, an average age 46.1 years (range, 20-71 years). pyogenic in 17 cases, tuberculous 9 unknown source 5 cases. The time from to cure 13.9 months 6-25 months). operation 23.4 6-58 years) for confirmed infection....
Abstract Background: The techniques of mitral valve repair(MVP ) in children have been well established and provide acceptable long-term outcomes; certain pediatric patients require replacement (MVR) after an unsuccessful MVP. outcomes MVR pediatrict especially the weighning are not always favorable. This study aimed to measure at our institute. Methods: Nine young weighing less than 10 kg underwent from November 2006 April 2019. Their mean age was 11.88 ± 11.29 months body weight 6.83 2.56...
To investigate the effectiveness and safety of low molecular weight heparin combined with aspirin for perioperative prophylactic anticoagulation in patients lower extremity fracture after splenectomy. The clinical data 50 splenic rupture between January 2009 June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. All given enoxaparin sodium at 48 hours splenectomy, stopped 24 before surgery. After surgery, divided into group (group A, 15 cases), B, 16 C, 19 cases) according to different regimens. The...
Abstract Background The outcomes of mitral valve replacement (MVR) in pediatrics especially the patients weighing less than 10 kg are not always favorable. This study aimed to measure long-term MVR our institution. Methods Nine young children underwent with mechanical prostheses were enrolled this retrospectively study. Kaplan–Meier survival analysis was used for prediction freedom from death and adverse events. Chi-square test performed compare different ratios prosthesis size body weight....
A rare case of neonatal congenital coronary artery, right ventricle fistula with giant artery aneurysm formation, was reported. Computed tomography angiography demonstrated the dilated and tortuous tunnel arising from aortic sinus traversing epicardial surface before opening into anterolateral aspect RV. Successful surgical repair performed a patch closure angioplasty. The postoperative recovery uneventful. Our experience this heart disease that early angioplasty in neonate can be safely....

This study aims reveal the risk factors postoperative early mortality delayed recovery infants less than 3 months old, who underwent surgical CHD Department Cardiovascular Surgery, Second Xiangya Hospital, Central South University during past 5 years.
To analyze the clinical characteristics, risk factors, and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in patients with blood stream infections (BSI) after orthopedic surgery, so as to provide reference basis for diagnosis treatment.A retrospective analysis was made on data 6 348 admitted surgery between January 2017 December 2019. There were 3 598 males 2 750 females. Their age ranged from 18 98 years, an average 66 years. The collected, factors BSI analyzed by univariate logistic regression...
