食物依存性運動誘発アナフィラキシー(food-dependent exercise-induced anaphylaxis:FDEIA)は,原因食物摂取に二次的要因が加わった際にアレルギー症状が出現する食物アレルギーの一病型である。 FDEIA の原因食物としては小麦が最も多く,次いで甲殻類が多い。今回我々は,血中エビ特異的 IgE 検査(ImmunoCAP®)陰性の,エビによる の 3 例を経験した。いずれもプリック-プリックテストを実施し,1 例目はバナメイエビで陽性(2+),ブラックタイガーで陰性(-),2 例目と 例目はバナメイエビ,ブラックタイガー共に陽性(2+)であった。エビによる は粗抗原を用いた抗原特異的 検査の感度が低い可能性があり,またエビの種類によって抗原性が異なる可能性があるため,注意を要する。3 症例について,好塩基球活性化試験やウェスタンブロット法による解析結果と併せて報告する。
