Abstract A Rh‐catalyzed reaction of silacyclobutanes (SCBs) with unactivated alkynes has been developed to form silacyclohexenes high chemoselectivity. Good enantioselectivity at the stereogenic silicon center was achieved using a chiral phosphoramidite ligand. The resulting are useful scaffolds for synthesizing structurally attractive silacyclic compounds.

Silacycle is one of the most essential core frameworks in silicon-containing functional molecules. However, structural diversity silacycles has been largely limited due to lack general synthetic methods. Here, we report an efficient synthesis exo-cyclic enoate-substituted silacyclohexenes by ring expansion silacyclobutanes with allenoates. The reaction proceeds two regioselectivities during Si–C bond insertion. In presence Pd/PR3 catalyst, unsubstituted allenoates undergo β, γ-insertion form...

Flexible textile displays can be revolutionary for information transmission at any place and time. Typically, are fabricated by traditional rigid electronics that sacrifice mechanical flexibility of devices or flexible do not have an appropriate choice to arbitrarily control single pixels. This work reports on electroluminescent fabric woven ultrastretchable fibers (electroluminescent up 400% stretch, electrode 250% stretch), which exhibit the pixel-based controllable pattern display a...

In recent years, B-cell dysfunction has been found to play an important role in the pathogenesis of primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS). B cells a pathogenic by secreting antibodies against their target antigens after transforming into plasma cells. Therefore, this study aimed screen autoantibodies that cause PNS and explore mechanisms.Western blotting mass spectrometry were employed identify podocytes children with PNS. Both vivo vitro experiments used mechanism The results confirmed large...

The root tissues play important roles in water and nutrient acquisition, environmental adaptation, plant development. In this study, a diversity panel of 388 wheat accessions was collected to investigate nine system architecture (RSA) traits at the three-leaf stage under two growing environments: outdoor pot culture (OPC) indoor (IPC). Phenotypic analysis revealed that development faster OPC than IPC significant correlation observed between RSA traits. 660K single-nucleotide polymorphism...

Arsenic (As) is a toxic element, and long-term exposure to As can cause neurotoxicity. The bioactive natural compound Dictyophora polysaccharide (DIP) from edible plants has been reported reduce the toxicity of As. In this study, poisoning was simulated by feeding As-containing feed, followed proteomic analysis after one month DIP treatment. showed that 145, 276, 97 proteins were differentially expressed between As-treated rats control (As/Ctrl group), DIP-treated + (DIP As/As As/Ctrl...

Background Adolescent bipolar depression (ABD) refers to depressive episodes that arise in adolescent patients with disorder. Its identification and diagnosis are challenging, it is characterized by a high rate of misdiagnosis disability. Studies have revealed ABD more prone non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) compared those unipolar depression. However, the neuropathophysiological mechanisms behind NSSI remain unclear. Therefore, this study employed proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy ( 1...

Arsenic (As) is one of the most important toxic elements in natural environment. Currently, although assessment potential health risks chronic arsenic poisoning has received great attention, research on effects brain still limited. It been reported that dictyophora polysaccharide (DIP), a common bioactive compound found dietary plants, could reduce toxicity. Following behavioral research, comparative proteomics was performed to explore molecular mechanism toxicity hippocampi SD (Sprague...

The aim of the present study was to investigate effect cantharidin (CTD) on human gastric cancer cells and explore underlying mechanisms these effects. SGC‑7901 BGC‑823 cell lines were treated with CTD. MTS assays then employed examine cellular proliferation, flow cytometry used analyze cycle apoptosis, western blot analysis determine protein expression levels. It found that CTD inhibited proliferation in a dose‑ time‑dependent manner vitro. also induced G2/M phase arrest apoptosis...

Metabolic syndrome (MetS) is associated with carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT), which a good predictor of cardiovascular disease (CVD). However, among individuals MetS, direct comparative data regarding the utility apoB/apoAΙ ratio and non-HDL-C/HDL-C to diagnose atherosclerosis are scarce, particularly in Chinese populations. We aimed determine relationship between MetS.

Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) is an important food crop mainly grown in arid and semiarid regions worldwide, whose productivity severely limited by drought stress. Although various E3 ubiquitin (Ub) ligases regulate stress, only a few SINA-type Ub are known to participate such responses. Herein, we identified cloned 15 TaSINAs from wheat. The transcription level of TaSINA2B was highly induced drought, osmotic abscisic acid treatments. Two-type promoters were found 192 wheat accessions;...
